KIRKBI Invests $1 Billion to Epic Games

Last week, LEGO announced a long-term partnership with Fortnite creators, Epic Games, to provide a safe and fun place in the metaverse for kids. KIRKBI CEO Søren Thorup Sørensen stated, “Epic Games is known for building playful and creative experiences and empowering creators large and small. A proportion of our investments is focused on trends we believe will impact the future world that we and our children will live in. The game is still widely popular with kids and I think LEGO is trying to get in on the action as well. What do you guys think?
