Lord of the Brick is reporting that the LEGO The Hobbit Legolas Greenleaf Polybag (30215) has been found on eBay. The polybag consists of Legolas with a longbow, a flick-fire ballista-type device, and a small target to shoot at. No details on how the polybag will be distributed but my guess would be at Toys R Us stores but if you can’t wait to get it, eBay has it for you.

LEGO The Hobbit Video Game Official Announcement Trailer Released

LEGO The Hobbit Video Game

A few weeks ago, we reported that the LEGO The Hobbit video game will be released in 2014. Today, WB Games UK has released the official announcement trailer for the game. Obviously, the game will take place through the first two films of the Hobbit Trilogy, An Unexpected Journey and the Desolation of Smaug since those are the only movies released at the moment. LEGO The Hobbit will be available on many platforms including Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Nintento Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and PC.

Free LEGO The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug Poster With Purchase

LEGO The Hobbit Poster

LEGO brand stores and Shop@Home will be giving away a FREE LEGO The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug poster with a purchase of any LEGO The Hobbit sets. This includes any of the 2014 sets that were recently released at the beginning of the month. The poster is the same one that I got from the early Black Friday 2013 VIP shopping event a few weeks ago (see below). The poster is not made from ordinary paper materials but is made from a thicker matte material that is great for framing. Just a precaution, I recommend heading to your local LEGO store to pick it up in case the one given online may get folded. This offer is only valid until December 15th or while supplies last.

Update: One of our readers headed to their local store and unfortunately, the poster is the lightweight paper one. At least it has the same design as the other one.
