I have been informed that the LEGO City Police Helicopter (30226) polybag has been found at Target stores in the impulse buy section at the checkout aisles. They are $3.99 each and has 48 pieces. The helicopter is a new one here in the States and has a similar look to last year’s version (30222). It was originally available at Shop@Home overseas a few months ago.
