LEGO Architecture: The Visual Guide Contest Winner Announced

Back in December, we did a review of the LEGO Architecture: The Visual Guide by DK and we also did a giveaway for a copy of the book. The contest is over and the winner chosen by the RaffleCopter app is:

LEGO T-Shirt and Set Giveaway Contest Winners

A few weeks ago, we started a contest in conjunction with Shirts.com and Fun.com to give away some cool shirts as well as a retired LEGO Star Wars set (subject to change). We’ve tallied up the results and there were 5885 entries but there could only be three winners and they are:

The winners were picked randomly with the Rafflecopter app using Random.org. We’ve already emailed the winners to let them know that they’ve won and if our representative at Shirts.com can not get ahold of them, we’ll have to choose a new winner.

LEGO T-Shirt and Set Giveaway From Shirts.com

We haven’t run a contest here in a while but we’re happy to announce that we are starting one today in conjunction with Shirts.com and Fun.com and the winners can get some cool prizes. There will be three (3) prizes in total: two (2) t-shirt and one (1) LEGO set for a total of three (3) different winners!

Both t-shirts are from The LEGO Movie (see above and below; subject to change) and they are in kids sizes. If you are a younger child, ask your parents to enter for you.

The third winner will be getting the LEGO Star Wars Plo Koon Starfighter 8093 (subject to change). This set was first released back in 2010 and was retired in 2011 so it’s pretty hard to get it at a fairly decent price. We are giving it away for FREE so you don’t even have to pay anything for it. Cool huh?

To enter the contest, we’ll be using our trusty Rafflecopter app below. There are different ways you can enter including on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. Since we cannot ask you to Like our Facebook Page anymore on the app, we hope that you still give our page a Like after you visit the link to get an entry so you can stay up to date on the latest LEGO news that we bring everyday. Nerdvember Contest on BrickNerd

Our friend Tommy from BrickNerd has started his Nerdvember contest where you recreate Nerdly into something brand new. He has provided the instructions on how to make Nerdly so you can start thinking of ideas. The contest is totally free and you have a chance to win cool prizes from LEGO, BrickJournal, Cooper Works, Crazy Bricks, BrickForge, BrickStuds, Custom Bricks, and Brickstuff as well as being featured on BrickNerd. LEGO BIONICLE Battle for the Gold Mask Reward Revealed

LEGO BIONICLE Battle for the Gold Mask Competition - 14k Skull Spider

The LEGO BIONICLE Facebook Page has revealed the grand prize for the Battle for the Gold Mask competition. It was previous thought that it could’ve been one of the gold masks that was shown off at New York Comic Con 2014 but today it was announced that there was an eighth gold mask that wasn’t shown at the convention and it is a 14 carat gold Skull Spider mask which is worth about $2,000.

The gold Skull Spider mask is part of a multi-site building competition and you can read more about how you can enter here.

LEGO BIONICLE Battle for the Gold Mask Competition Announced

You’ve probably seen the gold LEGO BIONICLE masks that were shown off at New York Comic Con 2014 and wondered how you can get your hands on one. Six different LEGO fan sites (EuroBricks, BZPower, Bionifigs, RusBIONICLE, Pockyland, ReBrick) are teaming up to do a building competition and one overall winner from the six sites will also win an unique 14 karat gold BIONICLE mask that is only available through this contest.

To celebrate the coming relaunch of LEGO® Bionicle®, The LEGO Group is teaming up with the LEGO fansites BZPower, RusBionicle, Bionifigs, Pockyland, EuroBricks and our own LEGO ReBrick to conduct an epic building competition where a winner from each site will go head-to-head for the grand prize of a 14 karat gold Bionicle mask!

We invite you to build the baddest villain you can imagine, using a minimum of 75% LEGO® Constraction/Technic bricks and no more than 25% LEGO System bricks. You can use LEGO Digital Designer (LDD) if you lack the necessary parts, but we will only accept rendered versions of LDD files.

You can enter as many villains as you want, and can enter on multiple sites if you choose.

The winner on each site will win the 6 new Bionicle heroes, signed by the designer. 2nd prize on each site will be 3 sets and 3rd prize will be 1 set.

The competition will begin October 20, 2014, 12 p.m.

LEGO Ninjago Music Video Contest

If you’ve ever wanted to be in an official music video, you may have your chance now. The Fold, who plays the various LEGO Ninjago theme songs, is giving fans an opportunity to be in their latest video called “Spinnin’ Out in Color” which comes out this Friday, September 5th.

All you have to do is to make a short video clip of yourself wearing a plain colored t-shirt of your favorite ninja while spinning. Record yourself or have someone record you using a digital camera or smartphone and upload to YouTube or another video hosting site. Send the URL of the video clip to [email protected] with the words “My Video” in the subject line. The deadline to enter is this Wednesday, September 3rd. Check out the announcement video below.
