LEGO Minifigure Collector Frame Available October 15-31

LEGO Minifigure Collector Frame

Probably the most interesting promotion from the October 2018 LEGO Store Calendar is the Minifigure Collector Frame. You can get it for free with purchases of $75 or more from October 15-31, while supplies last. This is the not the first minifigure frame because we’ve already gotten one for Marvel Super Heroes (853611) and The LEGO Batman Movie (853638) but this free promo version is an unbranded one.

The Minifigure Collector Frame has a printed 2×2 LEGO tile but it also includes a minifigure with a white tanktop with a stud muffin and an inflatable duck float which is the same as the one for Vacation Batman. Like with all minifigure frames, it fits 16 minifigures.

New LEGO Ludo Game (40198) Set Found

There’s a new LEGO Ludo (40198) game set that has been found at the Berlin LEGO Brand Store. You may not be too familiar with the name Ludo but the American adaptation of the game is called Parcheesi that was published by Parker Brothers.

The set has 16 minifigures with various designs and it costs 40€. There’s no word yet on whether it’ll be available here in the US but we’ll see when September rolls around with new set releases.

Way back in March, LEGO announced that they will be producing LEGO plant elements using plant-based plastic in a move to use sustainable materials in a majority of the products and packaging by 2030. The first set that has been released using this initiative is the Plants from Plants (40320) set. You can get for free from now until until August 14 with purchases of $35 or more, while supplies last.

The August 2018 LEGO Store Calendar has been out for a few days now and one of the main promotions for the month is the new is the LEGO Plants from Plants (40320). It has 29 pieces complete of various plant elements and you can get it for free from August 1-14 with purchases of $35 or more, while supplies last.

If you haven’t heard about it, LEGO launched a new initiative to start producing LEGO plant elements using plant-based plastic created from sugarcane. This approach is part of The LEGO Group’s commitment to use more sustainable materials in a large portion of their products and packaging by 2030.

LEGO Inside Tour 2018 Ferguson Tractor (4000025) Revealed

The embargo for the LEGO Inside Tour 2018 set reveal has been lifted and this year’s set is the Ferguson Tractor (4000025). If you’re not familiar with the LEGO Inside Tour, attendees are given a limited edition set at the end of the event and the subject matter is picked by the Kristiansen family for it importance. New LEGO xtra Accessory Polybags Found

If you’ve been wanting some dedicated accessory packs for your LEGO City, there is something to look forward to. Promobricks has found some new polybags called LEGO xtra which includes various accessories such as various foods, traffic lights, tree, lightposts, and bicycles. It is reported that they will be available at LEGO Brand Stores starting on June 1. Currently they are available at the Hamburg LEGO Brand Store.
