LEGO January 2024 Sets Now Available on LEGO Shop

2024 is now here and that means the new 2024 LEGO sets are now available for purchase on the LEGO Shop. There are over 100 sets that have dropped from a number of LEGO themes and for some of them, LEGO is doing a Space subtheme as well.

For the promotions, there’s the LEGO Icons Retro Food Truck (40681) with purchases of $190 from now until January 16. There’s also a LEGO Friends Flower Garden (30659) and Beach Cleanup (30635) polybag bundle which requires a purchase of the LEGO Friends Andrea’s Modern Mansion (42639). So technically if you get that set, you’ll get all of the promos in one swoop, however, this promo will last until January 14.

LEGO Monkie Kid 2024 Sets Revealed

In addition to the LEGO Monkie Kid Megapolis City 5th Anniversary (80054), there will be a few more sets in new wave for 2024. There isn’t that many sets but there are some new mechs for Mei and a smaller one for Monkie Kid.

LEGO Monkie Kid 5th Anniversary Cake (6476261) Revealed

A few days ago, we got a first look at the LEGO Monkie Kid Megapolis City 5th Anniversary (80054) and there is now an image of a potential gift with purchase set called the Monkie Kid 5th Anniversary Cake (6476261). The cake features brick-built faces of various Monkie Kid characters as well as a minifigure of the Monkey King with a flag that shows the number 5. It’s still too early to know when or how it will be released but it’s possible that it’ll go with the Megapolis City or with a price requirement purchase in the Monkie Kid theme.

The LEGO Builder App has given a preview of a new 2024 LEGO Monkie Kid set with the Megapolis City 5th Anniversary (80054). The set has 2,330 pieces and celebrates the 5th anniversary of the Monkie Kid theme with a flagship style set featuring a small city layout encompassing a lot of small shops. It also has 15 minifigures including Monkie Kid, Mei, Pigsy, Mr. Tang, Monkey King, White Bone Demon, Sandy, Mo, Spider Queen, Auntie Tei, Evil Macaque, Lee, Lady Yu, 20-Gong, Gold Horn Demon, Silver Horn Demon, and Red Son.

Build the ultimate LEGO Monkie Kid city! Hang with Monkie Kid and his friends, and a villain or two, and explore the Megapolis City 5th Anniversary set. Eat some noodles, then head to the record store. Back pain? Get an adjustment at White Bone Demon’s chiropractic clinic. Visit the 2 levels of the city using the elevator. Some new LEGO promotions have now started on the LEGO Shop which include Houses of the World 3 (40594) and the LEGO DREAMZzz Z-Blob and Bunchu Spider Escape (30636). Like with previous ones, the Houses of the World 3 is available with purchases of $250. This promotion runs until August 27, while supplies last.

The LEGO DREAMZzz polybag can be had with purchases of $40 in LEGO City, DREAMZzz, Friends, Harry Potter, Monkie Kid, and/or Ninjago. The promo period for the polybag will run until August 21, while supplies last.
