The LEGO Ideas Sonic the Hedgehog Green Hill Zone (21331) has been out for a week now and fan designer Viv Grannell, a.k.a. toastergrl, has released some free alternate building instructions for the set. The first of a few alternate builds is for Dr. Eggman which gives him some articulation and aesthetic adjustments. These modifications also sacrifices some stability in exchange.

Toastergrl also notes that there will be additional free instructions for alternate Green Hill Zone modules and Badniks from a second copy of the set which will be dropping later this month.

The 2,690 piece build features a two story old-school wild west sheriff’s office that also includes a jail cell. For minifigures, the project proposes the sheriff, a deputy, two cowboys, and two bandits.
