Happy New Year 2023! LEGO has just released over 100 new sets that are now available for purchase on the LEGO Shop. There are a few promotions going on at the beginning of the month including the LEGO Blacktron Cruiser (40580) with purchases of $190/€190/£170. The promo will run from January 1-14, while supplies last. The LEGO Lunar New Year VIP Add-On Pack (40605) will be free with purchases of $50. LEGO Speed Champions March 2023 Sets Revealed

LEGO has revealed four new LEGO Speed Champions sets that will be releasing in March 2023. Like with previous waves, there are single cars featuring supercars as well as another double pack. This wave will mark the first time that LEGO has produced a car made by Pagani.

Ferrari 812 Competizione (76914) – 261 pieces/$24.99

Get ready for exhilarating racing action with the Ferrari 812 Competizione – the ultimate expression of the iconic Italian brand’s sports car DNA. Collect, build and display this fantastic LEGO Speed Champions replica featuring many exciting details from the original version. LEGO January 2023 Shopping Guide

2023 is just mere hours away and with that, there are over 100 new LEGO sets that will be available on the LEGO Shop. Here’s a quick guide on what you can expect to see online and in stores.

First off, let’s check out the promotional items that you can get with your purchases. The main one is the LEGO Blacktron Cruiser (40580) with purchases of $190/€190/£170. The promo will run from January 1-14, while supplies last.

The Year of the Rabbit (40575) is the latest addition to the Chinese Zodiac sets and that promo will run from January 15-25 with purchases of $85/€85/£80.

Like with the previous VIP Add-On Packs, the LEGO Lunar New Year VIP Add-On Pack (40605) will be free with purchases of $50.

Thanks to JB Spielwaren, we now have a first look at the new LEGO Speed Champions 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 (76917). The set has 319 pieces and it features a Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) minifigure and his Nissan Skyline from the second film in the Fast & Furious saga. It’ll most likely be priced at $19.99 like with the other Speed Champions sets based on movies.

LEGO Speed Champions Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 (76917) Rumored for 2023

Back in 2020, LEGO has gotten the license for the Fast & Furious franchise and has been slowly releasing sets for the popular movies. So far, we’ve only gotten sets for Dominic Toretto including the LEGO Technic Dom’s Dodge Charger (42111) and newly released LEGO Speed Champions 1970 Dodge Charger R/T (76912). According to Promobricks, we may be seeing another addition in 2023 with a fan favorite character.

It has been rumored that we might be getting Brian O’Conner’s Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 (76917) in early spring. If you’re not familiar with the movies, this car was driven by Paul Walker in the beginning of 2 Fast 2 Furious. Like with the other Speed Champions set, it will also include a minifigure, most likely of O’Conner. The price point should be around the same as the one right now unless something happens and has to bump the price up more.
