The official full trailer for The LEGO Ninjago Movie has debuted on Good Morning America and is now online. You can see in the trailer that Ninjago City is being taken over by Lord Garmadon. You can also see some of the potential sets that we can expect to be released including Garmadon’s flying mech shark. Of course, you have the humor that the LEGO movies have as well. The LEGO Ninjago Movie will be in theaters September 22.

In this big-screen NINJAGO adventure, the battle for NINJAGO City calls to action young Master Builder Lloyd, aka the Green Ninja, along with his friends, who are all secret ninja warriors. Led by Master Wu, as wise-cracking as he is wise, they must defeat evil warlord Garmadon, The Worst Guy Ever, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. Pitting mech against mech and father against son, the epic showdown will test this fierce but undisciplined team of modern-day ninjas who must learn to check their egos and pull together to unleash their inner power of Spinjitzu.

Warner Bros. has released a teaser trailer for The LEGO Ninjago Movie and and as expected, the full trailer will be coming out tomorrow.

USA Today has released a new image of the suits for the upcoming The LEGO Ninjago Movie. As you can see above, the image shows Kai (Michael Pena), Nya (Abbi Jacobson), Jay (Kumail Nanjiani), Lloyd (Dave Franco), Zane (Zach Woods), and Cole (Fred Armisen) all donning new suits. You can also see the hairstyles are slightly different than in the animated series especially Cole who looks like he’s sporting a man bun now.

We’ve also seen an image of Lord Garmardon (Justin Theroux) who was revealed a few days ago and Sensei Wu (Jackie Chan) from the animated short from last year. The only character we haven’t seen yet is Olivia Munn’s Koko.

Keep in mind that they’re grown up now in The LEGO Ninjago Movie and are in high school. Also, the movie is not in the same universe as in the animated series either but in the same as The LEGO Movie. The LEGO Ninjago Movie is in theaters on September 22. Earlier today, USA Today has released a new still image teasing The LEGO Ninjago Movie. The image features Lord Garmadon riding on something that’s held up on chains. If you look at the background, there’s some sort of flying vehicle as well. If you haven’t seen yet, PromoBricks has posted an image of Garmadon fighing Lloyd.

USA Today also stated in the caption to stay tuned this weekend. Perhaps they are teasing the trailer will be releasing in the next day or so, perhaps on Super Bowl Sunday? We shall see.

The British Board of Film Classification has released details about The LEGO Ninjago Movie trailer and that means that the first trailer will be dropping very soon. The trailer will run for 2 minutes and 23 seconds and according to my source, it might be coming as early as next week.

Our friends at PromoBricks has posted an image of The LEGO Ninjago Movie from the Nuremberg Toy Fair over on their Instagram and in the comments, they also stated that the first trailer will be coming next week which correlates to the information that we got.

The LEGO Ninjago Movie will be premiering in theaters September 22 and it will be in the same universe as in The LEGO Movie and the LEGO Batman Movie but not in the same continuity as in the animated TV series.
