I hope that they release an Onua, I don’t see him on this list. But you did say that these weren’t all the pictures. I will stay tuned!
Yeah, Onua is going to show up, guess they haven’t gotten a finished picture for him yet.
Lovin’ them so far (though a final depiction can only be made once they’re out)! Hope that the spider things can connect to their faces, like in 2001/2002 with the Bohrok….
*decision (damn auto-correct)
Too bad they suck so bad. The legs are made of what, 5 pieces? The good bionicles didn’t have big garbage-looking pieces, they were more intricate and small
Okay, please excuse me; this next comment may start a massive flame war.
I disagree with you. I think they look just fine with the new building system.
Kopaka’s legs look a little bizarre though.
you think you’ll start a flame war… i agree with both comments, i really enjoyed the small details the the original toa.
(have all six. ) but i like some of the newer models too.
and as to kopaka’s legs stop and think winter snow gear that we actually have irl, to me it works. that and i was the type to try and make new characters form the parts i had.
the toa mata had 2 pieces it the legs.
I really do miss when the arms moved via gear system and not just by… moving them with your hands…
Are you serious? Do some research before you comment. All of the new sets except the Protectors have gear functions.
I agree, one of the biggest downfalls of Bionicle was that it decided to make every character as complex as possible. When Bionicle first came out the Toa were simple and elegant while the Rahi were the only models that were large and complex.
The other downfall was that there were no collectables, masks, karana, karana kal, disk, so on and so forth.
Am I the only one who noticed they changed Lewa’s element from air to jungle?
unfortunately
I for one am excited to see what the new story line will be. (and yeah i did noticed that Lewa’s element changed)
p.s. if you want to see Onua go to Lego.com
Most of the characters had a change in secondary color, but for some reason, only Lewa’s change from lime to yellow bothers me. That and the element change. But apparently “Jungle” includes controlling both plants and wind according to the website.
Vakama and the Visorak all over again.. could be interesting
Man i want my Hero Factory back!
As much as I LOVE gear functions, I do hope we can stop them by using, humourously, another gear – like in the Toa Mata, Nuva and Metru – it’d help a lot with posing.
Is it me, or does Lewa’s new mask look like a cyberman from Doctor Who?
THEY’RE BACK
Gotta say I loved bionicle as a kid (except glatorian) and am very excited to see them return. However, they changed almost everything about them. I do like the hint of classic in their design though. Over all, happy get lost hero factory!
protector of stone (67 pc) and pohatu (66 pc) its mad
