LEGO Dimensions Easter Eggs Press Release

LEGO Dimensions

Easter Eggs are fun for all ages, as proven by the treasure trove of hidden content found in movies, TV and especially videogames. Because LEGO Dimensions brings together so many different entertainment brands, the game is filled with interesting crossover content that will make you feel nostalgic while simultaneously hitting your funny bone.

LEGO Dimensions

These in-game Easter Eggs bring together some unexpected couplings, like the Ghostbusters having a friendly run in with Rose and Jack-like figures on a sunken ship:

Other in-game secrets include Wonder Woman’s run in with the ghoulish Librarian from the Ghostbusters film, the Doctor standing in front of a wall tagged “Bad Wolf,” and a Vigo mural from Ghostbusters that sends players on fun side quests.

The LEGO Batman Movie Easter Eggs

The LEGO Batman Movie

Earlier this morning, the much-anticipated teaser trailer for The LEGO Batman Movie was released and if you didn’t watch it a few times or closely enough, there were plenty of Easter eggs that you may have missed.

Fortunately, some hardcore LEGO fans like Just2Good, have picked apart the teaser and has pointed out some cool stuff like Batman’s suit collection where there was plenty to look at like the Pirate/Buccaneer Batman which we’ll be getting in the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Character Encyclopedia, Batman Beyond, and Knightmare Batman from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Another thing that was pointed out was the villains in the movie like Scarecrow, a Bigfig Bane, Killer Croc, Catwoman, and Captain Boomerang. Check out J2G’s video below to see all the Easter eggs in The LEGO Batman Movie.

The LEGO Ninjago Movie Details

The LEGO Ninjago Movie

Not to be outdone by The LEGO Batman Movie teaser trailer this morning, there’s some news about The LEGO Ninjago Movie that is slated to be released on September 22, 2017. The movie is now in the production stage and we also have a logo for the movie but that could change between now and the release. The Movie Insider also has some details of the plot for The LEGO Ninjago Movie:

Ninjago is the story of six young ninja tasked with defending their island home, called Ninjago. By night, they’re gifted warriors, using their skill and awesome fleet of vehicles to fight villains and monsters. By day, they’re ordinary teens, struggling against their greatest enemy: high school.

As you can see, it’s very different from what we’re used to seeing on the hit TV animated series. What do you think of the plot that’s been given for The LEGO Ninjago Movie?
