LEGO September 2020 Double VIP Point Sets

LEGO is offering some new sets for double VIP points for the month of September. The two sets include the LEGO City Ocean Exploration Ship (60266) and LEGO Friends Summer Fun Water Park (41430). The Exploration Ship retails for $149.99 and you can get 1,950 points while the Water Part set retails for $99.99 and you can earn 1,350 points. Both sets are already on backorder status but they will ship in a few weeks.


New LEGO Products Available on [email protected] – September 2020

It’s already September and there are some new LEGO products available for purchase. The main thing is the LEGO Harry Potter Diagon Alley (75978). Other products that are available are some of the leftover ones that were supposed to be released in August along with the others but were somehow delayed.

There are some good promotions that have also started including the LEGO BrickHeadz Hagrid & Buckbeak (40412) with LEGO Harry Potter purchases of $100 or more, while supplies last. The other promo is the LEGO Harry Potter and Hedwig: Owl Delivery (30420) polybag with purchases of $40 or more in store only, while supplies last.

Rest of Summer 2020 LEGO Products Available on [email protected] – August 2020

LEGO has finally released the rest of the summer 2020 sets on LEGO [email protected] here in North America. We thought a majority of these sets were supposed to be out at the beginning of the month but everything was pushed back a month. Intended for an updated September 1 release, the launch of these sets have now been pushed up a week, go figure. I’ve organized the sets by theme so you can easily find the ones you want. As of this post, the promotion for the LEGO Speed Champions Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO (30342) polybag is still available with purchases of $35 or more.

New LEGO Products Available on [email protected] – August 2020

It’s a big day for LEGO fans as there are a number of new LEGO products available for purchase for the August 2020 release. First is the LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System (71374) which retails for $229.99. Joining it is the LEGO Super Mario theme which comes with a slew of expansion sets to go along with the Starter Course (71360). Next up is the LEGO Ideas Grand Piano (21323) which retails for $349.99. These are only a small fraction of the new things that you can choose from and below is a list of all the sets sorted by theme. Note that some of the more highly desired items will go out of stock/backorder very quickly. With the way things are going in the world, some of the items listed below may be pushed back for a September release. I won’t know until things go live on the site.


LEGO Friends 2020 Advent Calendar (41420) Official Images

Continuing with some of the reveals of the LEGO 2020 Advent Calendars, there are images of the LEGO Friends 2020 Advent Calendar (41420) coming out of German online shop Meinzpielzeug. It has 236 pieces and it includes minidolls of Emma, Mrs. Claus, and two elves. As usual, there are also 24 different builds for each day of Advent. For those who don’t want to be spoiled, I’ve hidden the images behind the tag.


LEGO Announces Partnership with National Geographic to Inspire Children

Although we’ve already seen images of the summer 2020 LEGO City and LEGO Friends sets, LEGO has announced their partnership with National Geographic to inspire children about exploration and the protection of endangered species. These sets have the National Geographic label on the boxes and in addition, LEGO has also announced a contribution towards the National Geographic Society to fund grants in ocean exploration and species conservation.

Billund, Denmark, 25 June 2020: Today, the LEGO Group and National Geographic unveil their most recent partnership. New LEGO® City and LEGO® Friends sets have been developed to create awareness about exploration and the protection of endangered species in the world’s jungles and oceans. To support the launch and engage children even further, a campaign has been developed in collaboration with National Geographic to encourage children to explore the world and maybe even develop their own creative ideas on solving the real-life challenges our world is facing. The campaign site is now live in English on and will launch July 1st in additional languages. The LEGO Group is also announcing a contribution towards the National Geographic Society to fund grants in ocean exploration and species conservation.

LEGO Friends Alpaca Mountain Jungle Rescue (41432) Revealed

As we have seen already for the summer 2020 wave of LEGO Friends, there will be a number of sets based on the Jungle Rescue subtheme and there is another one that we have seen yet which is the Alpaca Mountain Jungle Rescue (41432). It has 512 pieces and it will include two minidolls of Stephanie and Mia along with a couple of cute alpacas. This set is also one of the ones that support the National Geographic Explorers.
