LEGO Micro Rocket Launchpad (40712) GWP Review

LEGO is back again this year with another LEGO Classic Space promotional set, this time with the Micro Rocket Launchpad (40712). The 325 piece set will be available for LEGO Insiders early access February 16-18 with purchases of $200, €200, $320 AUD. The general release will run from February 19-25 with the same price threshold.

LEGO Icons Medieval Town Square (10332) Officially Announced

LEGO has officially revealed the next LEGO Icons set with the Medieval Town Square (10332). Releasing on March 1, the set has 3,304 pieces and will retail for $229.99 and it features a reimagination of the LEGO Castle Medieval Market Village (10193) from 2009. There are two separate buildings with full interiors which includes a tavern, cheese factory, shield-painting workshop, guard tower, woodworking shop, and weaving workshop. There’s also some animals as well with the main one being the new gray goat.

Today the LEGO Group unveils the LEGO® Icons Medieval Town Square, a reimagination of a classic set originally released in 2009. This highly requested theme will evoke cherished childhood moments with its updated architecture, intricate detail and advanced construction techniques.

Awaken the spirit of adventure and dive into nostalgia with this epic medieval 3,304 piece set. The model features two large structures that open to reveal detailed interiors, including a tavern, cheese factory, shield-painting workshop, guard tower, woodworking shop, and weaving workshop. There is also a tree and vendor stall in the town.

The LEGO Icons Medieval Town Square, where castles stand tall, knights roam freely, and the promise of exciting escapades awaits, includes 8 minifigures, and various animals, including the iconic LEGO goat. There are also functional features including a crane and a small water mill.

The LEGO Icons McLaren MP4/4 & Ayrton Senna (10330) was announced earlier this morning along with other LEGO racing sets for other themes and you can now pre-order the set on the LEGO Shop. The set has 693 pieces and retails for $79.99 and releases on March 1. The set features one of the most successful Formula One car designs of all time driven by Ayrton Senna and it includes a minifigure and stand for Senna.

February is now here and there are some new LEGO sets that have dropped on the LEGO Shop. February is usually a quiet month for releases since last month was the big one for the year. The next larger release will be happening in March.

As far as promotions go, the LEGO Love Gift Box (40679) which will run from February 1-14 with purchases of $75. The LEGO Year of the Dragon (40611) should still be running in select countries until February 6 but it has sold out online for the US.

February is only a few days away and here’s a quick guide on what LEGO sets will be releasing soon on the LEGO Shop. It’ll be a fairly quiet month for releases because March will be the next larger release schedule.

As far as promotions go, we can only confirm the LEGO Love Gift Box (40679) which will run from February 1-14 with purchases of $75. The LEGO Year of the Dragon (40611) should still be running in select countries until February 6 but it looks to be sold out online for the US. You’ll have to check with stores to see if they still have them in stock or not.
