LEGO Ideas The Super Robots Removed from Review Stage

A few days ago, The Super Robots by BrickOzzy reached the 10,000 supporter goal on LEGO Ideas but today it has been removed from the lists of projects that have reached the First 2025 Review Stage. The project page itself now gives an error message and there’s no reasoning why it was removed.

LEGO usually doesn’t say why and we have never been given any reasons for the other previously shelved projects. The only reason I can think of is that the designers may be under NDA and aren’t allowed to publicly say why.

As for the Super Robots, they feature some mech animes such as Mazinger Z, Daitarn 3, and Goldrake and they are all on the approved IP list so that shouldn’t be the problem. I’m not going to guess what the reasoning is but it was a cool looking design and I’m disappointed to see it get removed.

Last Day for LEGO Amelia Ticket Booth (5009157) GWP

Today is the last day to get your orders in for the LEGO Amelia Ticket Booth (5009157) gift with purchase set. The only way to get it, aside from the secondary market, is to purchase the new LEGO Ideas River Steamboat (21356) which is the 64th LEGO Ideas set that LEGO has released. If the ticket booth doesn’t sell out today, we could possibly see it come back in the future. You can also combine it with the Easter Egg Chick Painting Fun (30690) polybag as well.

LEGO has started a new LEGO Ideas building contest called Timeless Creations where you build something ordinary that can be displayed for years and it could become an official set. • 1% of the total net sales of the product
• 10 complimentary copies of their LEGO Ideas set
• Credit and a bio as the LEGO Ideas Fan Designer in the set materials
