New LEGO Reindeer Drives Fans to Frenzy

One of the most talked about things yesterday was the December 2021 LEGO Store Calendar but it wasn’t because of the promotion but for something in the header photo. The image features a brand new LEGO reindeer that is sort of a pastel white color. The most asked question is how to get it and unfortunately, I have no idea.

LEGO has been known to showing off teasers in their marketing such as designer videos, store calendars, and even the LEGO Life magazines. They have also shown off new things in the past that haven’t ever been released before which have disappointed fans at the same time. Perhaps it will be included in an unannounced LEGO Seasonal set that comes out some time in December. At this point, I wouldn’t get your hopes up too much for this white reindeer as it could just be a marketing ploy for people to look at the very dull month of promotions.

LEGO Year of the Tiger (40491) First Look

Every year around Chinese New Year, LEGO likes to do a promotional set for the Chinese Zodiac animals and the Year of the Tiger (40491) has been revealed on LEGO’s Declaration of Conformity. This will be the 8th animal from the series which started all the way back in 2015 with the Year of the Sheep (40148). If you want to be technical, the Year of the Snake (10250) was released back in 2013 but it was a different style than these ones. Also, the first couple of sets were Asia exclusives so it was a bit harder to get than in recent years. The Year of the Tiger (40491) will most likely be part of a promotion in late January or some time in February.
