LEGO Speed Champions Porsche 919 Hybrid (75887) Review

In my last review of the single vehicle sets for the 2018 LEGO Speed Champions wave, I have the Porsche 919 Hybrid (75887). The set has 163 pieces and retails for $14.99. The contents of the box include three unnumbered bags, a bag of rims, a loose black chassis, the instruction booklet, and a sticker sheet.

Next up on my reviews of the 2018 LEGO Speed Champions set, the next one that I’ll be taking a look at is the Ferrari 488 GT3 “Scuderia Corsa” (75886). The set contains 179 pieces and will retail for $14.99 starting on March 1. We’ve already had a few Ferraris that have been released for the Speed Champions theme but let’s see if the Scuderia Corsa is a worthy addition to your collection. The contents of the box include three unnumbered bags, a bag of rims, the instruction booklet, a sticker sheet, and a loose chassis.

The second 2018 LEGO Speed Champions set that I’ll be taking a look at is the other Ford in the wave, the Ford Fiesta M-Sport WRC (75885). This set has 203 pieces and will probably retail for $14.99 if LEGO follows the pricing model of the single car sets.

LEGO Speed Champions 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback (75884) Review

The new LEGO Speed Champions sets will be available starting in March and one of the new ones that I was very looking forward to building was the 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback (75884). It is one of the two Ford that will be releasing in this wave. I don’t have the piece count because this is the European version of the set and it will probably retail for $14.99.

Ford Takes a Look at the LEGO Speed Champions Mustang Fastback

LEGO Speed Champions Mustang Fastback (75884)

The new 2018 wave of the LEGO Speed Champions sets will be coming out very soon and Ford has released a press release for their 1968 Mustang Fastback. This set will join five other sets in the wave and we’ll be taking a look at all of these sets when they become available.

Ford and LEGO® are celebrating Ford’s heritage by adding a 1968 Mustang fastback race car to the LEGO Speed Champions lineup.

As a tribute to America’s favorite sports car, the 183-piece Ford Mustang kit features green bodywork with gold dual stripes and wheels, race graphic stickers, removable windscreen and a mini-figure driver wearing a classic racing suit. For added fun, the race car set includes a Ford-branded timing board.
