LEGO Star Wars 501st Legion Clone Troopers (75280) Available on Amazon – December 2020

If you have been wanting to pick up the LEGO Star Wars 501st Legion Clone Troopers (75280) set, Amazon currently has it available again for purchase at retail price. The only issue is that it won’t be in stock until January 12. It’s a tradeoff to guarantee the set since it’s still hard to find anything in stores and online at retail price. Since its release back in August, I still haven’t seen this set on store shelves in my area.

LEGO City Passenger Train (60197) Amazon Sale – December 2020

The LEGO City Passenger Train (60197) is back on sale again on Amazon for 20% off. It is now priced at $137.99 and will ship in February 2021. It’s a long wait but the sale doesn’t happen very often so it’s worth it for some. You’ll have to choose the Frustration-Free Packaging to get the deal which means that it’ll ship in the LEGO shipping boxes.

The LEGO Technic Land Rover Defender (42110) is back on sale again at Amazon for 20% off the regular price. It is now priced at $159.99 which is a savings of $40 and that’s significant deal for a licensed Technic set. The only downside is that it’ll arrive after Christmas. LEGO Lunar New Year 2021 Sets Available for Pre-Order on Amazon Canada

Amazon Canada has now put up the upcoming LEGO Lunar New Year 2021 sets for pre-order. The listings for both the Story of Nian (80106) and the Spring Lantern Festival (80107) are now live and they will be released on January 10. The sets retail for $109.99 CDN and $159.99 CDN, respectively. Again, this is only for Canada.

LEGO City People Pack – Space Research and Development (60230) Best Buy Sale – December 2020

Best Buy currently has the LEGO City People Pack – Space Research and Development (60230) on sale for only $31.99 which is 20% off the normal retail price. This is the lowest price I’ve seen the set at and it seems to be at the end of its shelf life as it was released last year on the LEGO Shop. The only downside is that you’ll get it in 2-3 weeks. You can also choose store pickup to save on the shipping cost.

LEGO Botanical Collection Pre-Orders on Amazon Canada

If you’re in Canada and want to secure one of the new and highly anticipated LEGO Botanical Collection sets, you may want to head over to Amazon Canada. They are offering preorders for both the Flower Bouquet (10280) and the Bonsai Tree (10281). I fully expected these two sets to sell out when they launch on the LEGO Shop on January 1 so why not guarantee the sets early and avoid the hassle later of trying to find one later. Unfortunately, you’ll be missing out on VIP points and whatever promotion(s) LEGO will be having. Again, this is for Canada only.

LEGO 2021 Sets Found Early at Kohl’s Stores

If you want to get your hands on some 2021 LEGO sets, you may want to check your local Kohl’s store. There have been many reports saying there are a variety of themes available early including Star Wars, Marvel, Minecraft, City, Mario, as well as the Series 21 Collectible Minifigures. Your store many vary as to what they got in early but it’s worth checking out. They could be a chance to get last minute Christmas gifts but for new LEGO products that won’t officially be out until January 1.
