Since this hasn’t been taken down yet on other LEGO sites, I assume it’s okay to post since it’s not a preliminary image. Yesterday on the AFOLs of Facebook group, a member posted the above image of the LEGO DC Super Heroes Heroes of Justice: Sky High Battle (76046) set. It has 517 pieces and it is part of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice wave of movie tie-in sets.
The Sky High Battle features a new Batwing along with a green helicopter and includes all of the main characters in the movie including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, and Lois Lane.

-I’m guessing it’ll cost $60, seeing as it has all the main characters.
-Sadly, the minifigs are the only draw. The Batwing looks awful and the helicopter’s just a throwaway build.
-Wonder Woman looks excellent, Batman is the same as the one we’ve seen elsewhere.
-Superman has double molded legs, but they look way too bright a red, although that might just be the image.
-Lois Lane looks exactly as you’d expect, and Lex has hair in the chopper, but his image at the bottom is bald. Fascinating.
– Oh, and the title of the set is almost as bad as the title of the movie. Just sayin’.
-No Wonder Woman in the corner splash art. Boo!
So, overall, I’m on the fence about this one. I’d need to see more images of the Batwing, and compare it to the one appearing in the movie, to determine whether this set is actually worthwhile.
I’m guessing/hoping that the Batwing will be removable from that weird thing on its front, looks like it might be, Wonder Woman on the box art would be nice, But the title is Batman v. Superman, not Batman v. Supernan v. Wonder Woman, so it’s not really that bad.
You’re right, it’s the weird triangle thing that makes it look bad. It probably would’t be difficult to build it into something better looking though.
It’s hard to tell but it looks like Lex might have the same face as the last Lex, which would be a bad choice, since it looks nothing like Eisenburg.
man the movie looks bad and even the sets look bad?
