Next up on our reviews of the LEGO Jurassic World sets, we check out one of the more expensive sets, the Raptor & Titanosaurus Tracking Mission (76973). Coming in at $109.99, the set has only 582 pieces. The price is up 10% from the $99.99 that it was originally announced back in March.

Minifigures
There three minifigures in the set, Zora Bennett, Martin Krebs, and Dr. Henry Loomis. Zora has a tactical harness on the torso with more equipment printed on the legs. Her double-sided head shows her with a content look on one side and an angry expression on the other. Her accessories include a syringe gun along with a flashlight.

Martin Krebs has a dirty white shirt with a water canteen hooked around the belt. He also has content and angry expressions on his head. His accessories include a syringe gun and a stick.

Dr. Henry Loomis wears a plaid button-up shirt along with a vest. He also wears a backpack as well. He completes the trio of double-sided heads with similar expressions. His accessories include a camera and binoculars.

Dinosaurs
We have two dinosaurs in this set, the Velociraptor and the Titanosaurus. The raptor has a brown and gray color scheme with soem blue markings around the head.
The Titanosaurus has a gray and white color scheme with a large orange bump on the head. There is some movement at the neck and the tail.

Build
There are a few small build to complete the set. First is the camping area that has a tent and grilling pit. Next it is a large tree that can be knocked over by the Titanosaurus’ tail.

Another build is the off-road vehicle that is labeled vehicle 08. It also has a trailer which pulls the research station. It has a satellite and monitor that tracks the Titanosaurus. The back of it has a case of syringes.

The biggest part of the build is a Stego Stop ‘N’ Go convenience store that also has a charging station with a canopy. Inside the store, there’s your typical convenience store food with the hot dog and soft drink areas. At the top of the store, there’s a clear bar that holds a drone.

Results
One of the main negatives for the LEGO Jurassic World Rebirth Raptor & Titanosaurus Tracking Mission (76973) is that it is extremely overpriced for what you get. The builds aren’t even that bad but it’s not even close in value of what LEGO is asking. That is because the specialized molds for the Velociraptor and large Titanosaurus makes up a majority of the cost and that leaves not too much left for the rest of the set. To be honest, I don’t see this set selling that well unless we get a substantial discount on it, meaning over 60%-65% off but that probably won’t happen.

Thank you to LEGO for sending in this set for me to review. The content above represents my own opinion and not the company. Review sets sent in does not guarantee a positive review.
