Earlier today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced the release of the new Captain America: Civil War Character Pack for the LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game. The DLC is currently a FREE exclusive for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Other systems will get the the add-on content on 4/26/16.
Some of the characters that you can expect to play as include Agent 13, Black Panther, Captain America, Crossbones, Falcon, Iron Man (Mark 46), Scarlet Witch, War Machine, and Winter Soldier.

This is old news.
I was under the impression that Playstation owners had this from the get-go, and was hopeful that the trailer that came out indicated non-PS users would be getting it soon, not over a month from now.
