If seems we didn’t even have to wait for the reveals of the rest of the sets from The LEGO Movie. Not more than a hour ago, we reported on MetalBeard’s Duel (70807) and the Series 12 Collectible Minifigures but Jamesster on Brickipedia/Eurobricks has published the rest of the images of the remaining sets. There are also 3 unnamed sets at this time but we’ll probably be finding out the names in the near future. The above set is the Getaway Glider (70800).

These set designs are so outside the box, I absolutely love them! They must have been done by a bunch of hardcore Lego enthusiasts and MOCers. They mainly seem to follow a steady idea of “tripped out vehicle vs dark robot thing” though.
One last thing for the Melting Room set, why is the laser pointed at Emmet’s butt? I’m almost afraid to ask. Ha.
I can’t wait to see all of the sets in action in the movie itself. The question isn’t why the laser is pointed at Emmet’s butt. The real question is why is he in that position in the first place haha.
I find their lack of space disturbing.
There is supposedly a total of 17 sets being released so the Space ones could be releasing in another wave.
Despite everything here that seems to fly, it is odd not one of them are truly Space related but perhaps like Allen just said there is supposed to be more after these so hopefully then we shall see “80’s astronaut guy with broken chin strap”. 😉
