The rumors are very true as LEGO has teased a new LEGO Star Trek set coming soon. In the teaser, you can see a Captain Jean-Luc Picard minifigure phasing in and some Klingon text at the end spelling out TUGH Paw which translates to coming soon. The Picard minifigure is in his red Starfleet uniform from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Really glad it TNG based, easy pass for me. Picard really needs side head printing like first Alfred minifig or the bald cap with side hair.
Man, if the Star Wars series IP markup is any indication, these sets are going to be Expensive.
Although it would be nice if the sets were just the bridge of the different series ships, with crew and then a micro-size model of the ship (think along the size of the Imperial Shuttle from the new Death Star set).
We better start seeing this head used on new Professor X minifigs instead of that old one.
