Monsters, Inc. – Boo’s Door Scream Floor by Pester78 is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build features one of the most iconic scenes from Monsters Inc. with Boo’s door and the Scare Floor. It also has brick builds of Mike and Sully.
The project joins The Fortress of Bellinzona, Jumping Spiders, Planet Express Headquarters, Modular Medieval Village, Pantheon 124 AD, The Circus, and Clippy as the ones to reach the Second 2025 Review Stage.
A few days ago, The LEGO Group announced that they will be opening a region distribution center in Virginia in 2027. They will be investing $336 million to build a 2 million square-foot RDC in Prince George, Virginia which will support the factory opening in Greater Richmond. It will be the second distribution center in the company’s Americas network and will be operated by a third party logistics partner.

Virginia, USA, 8 May 2025: The LEGO Group today announced it will invest US $366 million to build and operate a 2,000,000-square-foot regional distribution center (RDC) in Prince George, Virginia, U.S. The RDC is expected to be operational in 2027, with construction starting later this year.
The RDC will support the LEGO Group’s future factory in Greater Richmond, Virginia, which is currently being built and set to open in 2027. The new facility is part of the company’s global supply strategy to locate factories and distribution centers close to major markets and ensure capacity to support future growth in the region. A build-to-suit lease for the RDC was signed with Crosspointe Commerce Center, a joint venture between Hillwood Investment Properties and The Silverman Group.
Carsten Rasmussen, Chief Operations Officer of the LEGO Group, said: “The regional distribution center will bring greater flexibility to our network, ensuring we are well positioned to support long-term growth in the Americas. Season 5 of LEGO Masters hasn’t even aired yet but there’s already a casting call for Season 6 of the show. Filming will take place for 4-6 weeks between July and September. Travel and accommodations will be provided for selected contestants. For the first time ever, audition epidoses will be filmed at LEGOLAND California on June 21. Clippy by PiotrGierwatowski is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. If you’ve ever used Microsoft Office 97 or 2003, you would recognize Clippy as the paper clip virtual assistant but it was usually more of a distraction than being helpful.

The Circus by Goannas89 is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 3,000 piece build features a contemporary circus with the classic traveling circus tent look.

BrickLink and LEGO has announced that a limited number of BrickLink Designer Program Series 1 and Series 2 sets will be available again next week. It will be happening on May Tuesday, May 20 at 8am Pacific. These sets are a small number of additional sets at the end of the production run. Unfortunately for the rest of the world, it will only be available for the United States and Canada.
The press release says that they will be sold on the LEGO Shop but there’s no actual way of searching for them and we might have to go through BrickLink and using the LEGO Shop checkout. We’ll update as we get more details.
