LEGO Ideas August 8 Update

Two more LEGO Ideas projects overnight have reached the 10,000 supporters mark to reach the Second 2025 Review Stage. As of this post, we’re up to 115 projects that have hit the goal this period with a few more within a day or so. Looking at all the projects, there’s a good mix of licensed and non-licensed projects so it’ll be very interesting to see what LEGO chooses to become an official LEGO Ideas set.

LEGO Ideas Ta&Ta Red Barn Winter Tree Shop. Achieves 10,000 Supporters

Ta&Ta Red Barn Winter Tree Shop. by TaeTa bricks is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 3,000 piece build features a winter scene that has a Christmas tree shop that was once a barn. There’s also a snowy driveway surrounding it. I will say that it does look better than some of the Winter Village sets that LEGO has released in the past few years.

LEGO Ideas Telephone Achieves 10,000 Supporters

Telephone by HisBrickMaterials is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build features a 1930’s style of rotary telephone from Denmark. If you’re not familiar with rotary phones, you have to rotate the dial to each individual number you want to call.

As of this post, there are 112 projects that have reached the LEGO Ideas Second 2025 Review Stage. This is also the first time in a long time that we’ve had multiple days in between projects that have hit the goal. This means there’s a considerable slow down from what we had last month and it looks like we’re almost back to normal voting and not from any viral trends coming from other platforms.
