LEGO Ideas Adventure Box Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Adventure Box by Homo Brickus is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 1,500 piece build was inspired by a sewing supply box. It has seven branches on four floors in which you can display anything you want.

The project now joins The Forestmen Secret Inn, The Legendary Concorde, Wild West Mine, LEGO Koala, LEGO Toilet, Mini City Diorama: London with Underground Station!, Steampunk Airship, The Kit-Cat Clock, Tales of the Space Age, The Library, Santa’s Cottage, Mech Patrol, The Polar Express – 20th Anniversary, Boeing 747 Cockpit, and Sherlock Holmes – 221B Baker Street as the ones to reach the First 2022 Review Stage.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Super Bowl 2022 Trailer

Marvel just dropped the newest trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness during the first commercial break for the Super Bowl and it’s even more crazy than I expected. There’s so many cameo teasers and possibly sets up the Illuminati which could introduce a number of new Marvel characters such as Namor, Reed Richards, and if you looked closely, don’t that look like Professor Xavier? Also, I’m not sure but that could also be Devil Dinosaur fighting a triceratops. It’s just look insane and I can’t wait for it.

LEGO Ideas Sherlock Holmes – 221B Baker Street Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Sherlock Holmes – 221B Baker Street project by DreamnBricks is the latest one to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 2,200 piece build features a modular building of Mrs. Hudson’s house which has three floors and an attic. The minifigures proposed include Sherlock Holmes, John Watson, Mrs. Hudson, and Professor Moriarty.

The project now joins The Forestmen Secret Inn, The Legendary Concorde, Wild West Mine, LEGO Koala, LEGO Toilet, Mini City Diorama: London with Underground Station!, Steampunk Airship, The Kit-Cat Clock, Tales of the Space Age, The Library, Santa’s Cottage, Mech Patrol, The Polar Express – 20th Anniversary, and Boeing 747 Cockpit as the ones to reach the First 2022 Review Stage.

Last Day for LEGO Vintage Taxi (40532) Promotion

Today is the last day for the LEGO Vintage Taxi (40532) promotion on the LEGO Shop. You can get it with purchases of $200 and with some exclusives coming back in stock in recent days, now would be a nice time to pick them up. The build is based on a classic version of the 1930s Citroën Traction Avant and it fits well with the Boutique Hotel (10297) which came out last month.

LEGO Transformers Optimus Prime (10302) Rumored for Summer 2022?

There’s a new rumor coming out of left field of a possible LEGO Transformers Optimus Prime set coming this summer. Promobricks is reporting that the set will have set number 10302 and will have 1,508 pieces. It is also presumed that Optimus Prime could be based on the upcoming Transformers: Rise of the Beasts movie that is also coming out this year and it will have him with a jetpack and his rifle blaster along with an information plaque.

This is interesting news because Hasbro/KRE-O had the license for Transformers building sets for a long time. If it did expire and LEGO has acquired the license, it’ll be the first time that there will be LEGO Transformers sets. This piece of news is so random that I have a hard time believing it but LEGO has been making surprising moves this year so it’s not totally out of the realm of possibility. I wouldn’t hold my breath and get your hopes up on this rumor until there’s some concrete information.
