LEGO BrickHeadz Minions: The Rise of Gru Sets Officially Revealed

Quietly, LEGO has officially revealed the new LEGO BrickHeadz Minions: The Rise of Gru sets on the LEGO Shop. There are two sets and they include Gru, Stuart and Otto (40420) and Belle Bottom, Kevin and Bob (40421). We’ll have our reviews of the sets later on today so stay tuned.

LEGO Ideas LEGO DNA Double Helix Discovery Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The LEGO DNA Double Helix Discovery by LegoDNA is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. Just under 3000 pieces, Lego DNA Double Helix Discovery molecule has 12 base pairs, and goes up to a height of more than 60 cm. It also includes minifigures of Rosalind Franklin, Maurice Wilkins, James Watson, and Francis Crick.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Daily Bugle (76178) Rumored for Summer 2021

In the past few weeks, there’s been talk online about a large-scale LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Daily Bugle (76178) set. Supposedly coming out in a few months, it is said to retail for $299.99 and include a lot of sought after Marvel characters such as Venom, Spider-Woman, the Punisher, and Daredevil.

It’s been over eight years since we’ve gotten a Daily Bugle with the previous one being the Daily Bugle Showdown (76005). In that set, we got four exclusive minifigures with Dr. Doom, J. Jonah Jameson, Beetle, and Nova. If this new set is true, we could see some iconic Marvel characters in minifigure form.

LEGO Ideas Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Charlie and the Chocolate Factory project by FACEBRICKUP is the latest one to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build is based on the classic movie and it features the chocolate waterfall scene. It also proposes minifigures of Charlie Bucket, Willy Wonka, Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde, Mike Teevee and two Oompa-Loompas.
