LEGO BrickLink Account Integration Coming September 18

A few months, LEGO announced that LEGO account integration will be coming to BrickLink later this year and we now have a set date for it. It will be happening one month from now on September 18. If you have a LEGO account, you will be able to merge it with your BrickLink account. If you do not merge your BrickLink account by December 31, it will be deactivated and your data will be anonymized and you won’t be able to use your old account as you’ll be directed to make a new one.

LEGO® Account integration is coming September 18th, which will create a single sign-in experience for both LEGO.com and BrickLink.com. After integration, the LEGO® Group Privacy Policy will apply. The current LEGO Group Privacy Policy will be updated to include BrickLink data processing prior to the account integration.

Do I need to do anything?

If you already have a LEGO Account, you’ll be able to merge it with your BrickLink® account starting September 18th, at which time you can also accept our new Terms of Service and the LEGO Group Privacy Policy.

If you don’t have a LEGO Account yet, you’ll need to create one and then merge it with your BrickLink account to keep using all your favorite BrickLink features. You can create a LEGO Account here.

If you choose not to integrate, your BrickLink account will be deactivated on December 31st, 2025. Once deactivated, all your account data will be anonymized. You won’t be able to reactivate your old account; you’ll

LEGO Unofficially Announced as Best Booth at SDCC 2025

LEGO SDCC 2025

The SDCC Unofficial Blog last week started voting on their annual Shruggie Awards for the best panel, offsite, booth, etc. The votes are now in and the winners have been announced with LEGO being The Best Booth at San Diego Comic-Con 2025.

This year’s booth, LEGO decided to make a miniature version of San Diego Comic Con with a recreation of the San Diego Convention Center. It was made from over 200,000 LEGO elements and had over 8,000 minifigures. The back side featured panels and booths as well as the exhibit floor where fans could build their own booth and some lucky ones were placed inside the display.

Note that the voting process was write-ins and not multiple choice so fans had to actually write in their favorite booths. Although it’s nothing official, it’s nice to see that the LEGO booth was recognized by fans as the best one of the entire show even though there were some impressive ones like Star Wars, VIZ, and Tamashii Nations. LEGO annually goes all out at SDCC and we’ll just have to wait and see what they have in store for next year.
