LEGO and Merlin Entertainments have announced the world’s largest LEGO festival coming to a LEGOLAND resort near you. Seven LEGOLAND parks around the world including Billund, California, Deutschland, Florida, Korea, New York, and Windsor will have the festivals held every weekend in May leading up to World Play Day on June 1. The festivals will include five immersive zones with over 49 new big build LEGO models designed to inspire play.

LEGO x Lunar Outpost Partnership Announced

LEGO has quietly announced a new partnership with private space company Lunar Outpost. Nothing too substantial was announced but it looks like there will be a future product and some surprises as well coming later this year.

Lunar Outpost has a contract to develop a Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV) for the Artemis Program. The LTV is expected to launch before March 2030.

LEGO Formula 1 Global Experiences Announced

This year is Formula 1’s 75th anniversary and LEGO has announced the details of their planned partnership experiences for 2025. If you’re able to attend some of the races, there will be LEGO Fan Zones that includes exclusive Make & Takes and photo opportunities. In addition, there will also be pop-up LEGO Stores that will allow fans to purchase the new F1 sets at the races.

Select LEGO Stores in EMEA, US, Canada, and China will have in-store experiences such as a Racing Ramp, poster giveaways, and a Steering Wheel Make & Make.

LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centers globally will also have their own exclusive Formula 1 themed events from March-June.
