We’re only on the third day of the new year but the LEGO Icons Corner Kiosk (40757) has officially sold out online here in the US. It was supposed to be available until January 7 with a purchase of the Tudor Corner (10350) but as usual, it was nowhere close to lasting that long. Your best chance is to see if your local LEGO Store has it available. LEGO still has the Lucky Knots and the Creator 3-in-1 Tropical Toucan (30688) polybag as gifts when you reach their respective purchase requirements.

2025 is well underway now and it’s time to do a 2024 recap on what happened on The Brick Fan. You know me, I love stats.
We had a total of 909 posts last year which equated to 25,849,939 page views. This marks a 15% decrease in page views from 2023. Pretty much every stat was down across the board but still respectable numbers. I’m not really sure why there’s a significant difference whether it be the Google algorithms not indexing the posts or being shadowbanned on my social media accounts but I’m not really too worried. I’ve learned that numbers aren’t everything and if my posts just get out to one person, then I’m happy. With that said, we’ve also passed the 200 million page view mark!

Not surpringly, May was again the best month out of the year with 2.7 million page views with May 6 being the best day out of the year with 224,647 views. The official announcement for the LEGO Ideas Tuxedo Cat (21349) was one of the big factors for this.

One thing that stands out from last year is that pretty much nobody reads my reviews. When I look at the numbers that I send to the Ambassador Network, they’re abysmal. The social media numbers reflect that as well. One main thing is that we’re not known as a review site compared to others and that’s one of the reasons so I guess that’s okay.

Coming very soon, LEGO will be releasing a new LEGO Spring Festival gift with purchase set with the Lucky Knots (40756). The set has 317 pieces and should be available from January 1-7, while supplies last. The US pricing requirements is still unknown at the time of this writing.

The Australian LEGO Shop has revealed the LEGO Spring Festival Lucky Knots (40756) gift with purchase set. The set has 317 pieces and features a pair of the red knot decorations which symbolizes good fortune, wealth, and health in Chinese culture. Once you are finished building, you can also hang them up on the walls as well. There’s no word yet on the price requirements or when it will be available but I’m guessing it’ll be some time at the beginning of the year.

Celebrate Spring Festival with Lucky Knots (40756) Chinese decorations. This buildable pair of ornate red knots are traditional good-luck charms that express good wishes to everyone entering the home at this special time of the year. They provide an ideal activity for the whole family to enjoy. These detailed decorations make a creative gift for adults. Stickers representing Fortune and Spring are used to embellish the centers, a hidden coin element provides an unexpected treat, and a built-inhanging feature enables easy display. Lucky Knots comes with 2 sets of building instructions, so a group of people can share the creative experience at the same time. The LEGO Sets for Adults range delivers a rewarding and immersive escape for experienced modeling enthusiasts.

LEGO has brought back the LEGO Firework Celebrations (40689) promotion on the LEGO Shop. From now until the end of the year, you can get it with purchases of $85 or more, while supplies last. To help you get to that goal easier, LEGO has put more items on sale on the sale page.
