The LEGO Movie Sets Now Available on Shop@Home

The LEGO Movie sets are now available on Shop@Home and at some major retailers and FBTB has done some awesome reviews on a majority of the sets already. I will also be doing my own reviews and giving my take as soon as I get my hands on them in the near future. I’ll be at the LEGO Store ~~on January 1st~~ later today in my search for all the Collectible Minifigures as well as maybe picking up a few of the movie sets. Toys R Us has now listed a majority of The LEGO Movie sets on their website including new detailed images. The sets will be available on December 29th at TRU as well as on Shop@Home.

The LEGO Movie MetalBeard’s Duel (70807) Revealed and More!

The official The LEGO Movie products page has been updated to show sets that have been revealed including Cloud Cuckoo Palace (70803), Super Cycle Chase (70808), and Lord Business’ Evil Lair (70809) as well as sets that are underneath curtains to be revealed at a future date. Today, MetalBeard’s Duel (70807) as well as the packaging for the Series 12 Collectible Minifigures (71004) have been shown off to the public.

Arrr, me hearties! MetalBeard lost his body parts in a previous battle with Lord Business, but has rebuilt himself from old ship scraps to become more powerful than ever. Now, the giant Micro Manager is challenging him. Grab the pirate sword from the holster on his back and fire the cannons on his left arm. Protect his prized parrot and the treasure chest containing his body parts, and act fast before the Micro Manager fires missiles and grabs the construction foreman with its claws.
