LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 13 (71008) - Unicorn?

Robert8 on Eurobricks has revealed the list for the Series 13 LEGO Collectible Minifigures (71008) which comes from a German toy shop. This list does confirm some of the images that we reported on earlier today of the Unicorn Girl and Snake Charmer.

From the looks of the list, there are a few minifigures that are rehashes or updates of previous series. Keep in mind that the names are loosely translated from German so they may be different when the official names come out. What do you guys think of this list of minifigures in Series 13?

LEGO Collectible Minifigures Compendium 4th Edition Now Available

The LEGO Movie Collectible Minifigures (71004) are now available and Michael Bradford has updated his LEGO Collectible Minifigures Compendium to include the new minifigures. He has also included details of each of the LEGO Movie characters such as their descriptions and stats. In addition, Michael has also updated all the information from the other Collectible Minifigures series to reflect the changes since the previous version of the compendium such as the valuation and sales data. LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 12 Not Available Until Oct 2014

Brick Fanatics is reporting that the Series 12 of the LEGO Collectible Minifigures will not be available until October 2014. As we know by now, The LEGO Movie Collectible Minifigures (71004) and The Simpsons Collectible Minifigures (71005) will be a subtheme of the Minifigures line and not part of the main numbered series. The LEGO Movie minifigures are starting to hit stores here in the US and will be officially available on January 1st and The Simpsons Collectible Minifigures will be available in May 2014.

As we have mentioned last week, the LEGO Minifigures Online MMO will be out next summer and they will have a special line of minifigures to go along with the game. These minifigures will also include a code to unlock that character digitally. With three waves of minifigures coming out with a a short break in between waves, this pushes Series 12 back until next fall.

We’re looking forward to getting all the minifigures coming out next year. If Series 12 is indeed coming out next October, it’ll be the first time that LEGO will have four different waves of Collectible Minifigures coming out in a single year. What do you think of potentially having four waves of minifigures coming out in 2014?

The LEGO Movie Series 12 Collectible Minifigures (71003)

A few people have emailed me that The LEGO Movie Collectible Minifigures (71003) have started to show up at Target stores. They were found at the Christmas stocking stuffers section in the back of the store. They weren’t supposed to be sold until January 1st but some have started to be sold in stores. Try to keep an eye out for them if you want to be one of the first to get them before the official release date.

LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 1-11 Compendium 2nd Edition

Back in August, Michael Bradford released the first edition of his LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 1-11 Compendium. It had tons of information about the Collectible Minifigures from Series 1-11 as well as the Team GB ones. Today, he has contacted me telling me about an update to his informative PDF about the LEGO minifigures. The 2nd Edition has updated information of the sale data as well as valuation of the new Series 11 minifigures. There are also many new facts and also a few surprises hidden throughout the Compendium. LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 1-11 Compendium

LEGO Collectible Minifigures are some of the most collected items in the LEGO universe. Although there are books such as the LEGO Minifigures: Character Encyclopedia that shows details of the minifigures, they don’t go that in-depth. This is where Michael Bradford comes in. He has created a 222-page LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 1-11 Compendium that showcases all 187 minifigures including Team GB.

In the Compendium, each minifigure not only gets the official image and description of the characters, it also has a stats box on top that shows many miscellaneous details that you might not be able to find in one location. Some of these details include the BrickLink code, the current value, and number of minifigs sold on BrickLink in the past 6 months from February to August 2013. There are also charts that show the rarity of the minifigure. Another chart shows if the minifigure comes with any accessories or not.
