A few days ago, LEGO sent out an email to notify users that they’ve updated their LEGO Insiders terms and conditions, mainly impacting resellers. LEGO did the integration with BrickLink last year and a LEGO account is required to use BrickLink. BrickLink is used for both buying and selling LEGO parts/sets and the accounts used for “professional reselling activities” are now ineligible to earn or redeem LEGO Insiders points. Those accounts found accessing Rewards or Benefits to earn or redeem points will be considered a breach of contract.

Dear LEGO® Insider,

We wanted to let you know that we’ve updated our terms and conditions for the LEGO Insiders Program, effective March 31 2026.

The updated terms clarify that LEGO Insiders accounts created or used for professional reselling activities are not eligible to earn or redeem LEGO Insiders points.

You can review the updated terms and conditions at LEGO.com/insiders/terms.
