LEGO August 2026 Shopping Guide - Huge Release Month!

August is coming up extremely fast and it will surprisingly be one of the biggest LEGO release months this year. LEGO went ham over the past few weeks with their LEGO reveals for various themes as well as some that were revealed a few months ago. With so many sets to choose from the August release, there is something for everyone.

There are currently two known LEGO August gift with purchase sets. First is the LEGO Ideas The X-Files: Scully’s Lab (40896) which you can get from August 1-10 withthe purchase of the The X-Files (21369), while supplies last.

The other gift with purchase set is the LEGO Pokemon Ditto as Squirtle: Movie Night (40887). This will be available on the LEGO Shop and on the Pokemon Center with LEGO Pokemon SMART Play purchases of $130 or more, while supplies last. On the Pokemon Center, the promotional period says it’ll run until December 31, 2026.
