To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter, LEGO has officially revealed a new set coming soon with the Ministry of Magic – Collectors’ Edition (76476). Releasing on August 29, the set has 3,491 pieces and will retail for $449.99.
Like with the other Collectors’ Edition sets, it features a larger scale model of London with the street level being the Muggle world, the middle section being the Ministry of Magic with Diagon Alley and the Leaky Cauldron, and the bottom level showing the Hall of Prophecy.
The set will also have 14 minifigures including Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, Sirius Black, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Arabella Figg, Nymphadora Tonks, Arthur Weasley, Alastor “Mad-Eye” Moody, Albus Dumbledore, Voldemort, Lucius Malfoy, Antonin Dolohov, and Dolores Umbridge. There is also a Shacklebolt’s Lynx Patronus as well.

This highly detailed, Minifigure-scale model allows fans to recreate iconic scenes from the London-based government headquarters for the British magical community. The journey begins on the streets of London, featuring a detailed street-level scene complete with the Leaky Cauldron – appearing for the first time at minifigure scale – the passageway that opens up to Diagon Alley, a subway station and the famous red telephone box complete with the magical function that transports visitors to the Ministry of Magic™ below.
There, fans can explore many Easter eggs and interactive features, as well as Arthur Weasley and Dolores Umbridge’s offices, and the courtroom where Harry faces trial. Descending one level further to the Hall of Prophecy, builders can bring iconic scenes to life with interactive functions including collapsing shelves.
To recreate these magical moments, the set comes with 14 Minifigures, including Hermione Granger™, Ron Weasley™, Lord Voldemort™, and the first-ever depiction of Arabella Figg in Minifigure form. Also included is a brand-new element: Kingsley Shacklebolt’s Lynx Patronus™, the magical guardian that played a key role in communicating messages between the Ministry of Magic™ and the Order of the Phoenix™.
