LEGO Updates Retiring Soon List – September 2025

The LEGO Shop has updated their list of sets that are Retiring Soon and currently there are over 100 sets that are scheduled to be done by the end of the year. A majority of the sets are older ones but there are also some that are pretty recent including the One Piece BrickHeadz. Of course this is not the end all, be all list of sets that will be retiring as LEGO will usually update it.

If you have some LEGO Insiders points laying around, LEGO is giving you a chance to win the LEGO BrickHeadz SDCC 2016 Batman & The Joker (41491). These BrickHeadz were the first ones that LEGO released but as San Diego Comic Con exclusives back when LEGO still did exclusives to promote the theme. As of this post, the set is going for about $800-1200 on the secondary market. Each entry costs 50 Insiders points and you can have a maximum of 50 entries. If you’re a gambler, the maximum number of points you can do are worth about a $385 purchase.

LEGO has officially revealed a new LEGO BrickHeadz Fortnite set featuring Drift & Raven Figures (40884). The set has 280 pieced and will retail for $19.99. We’ll have to wait and see if this is listed as a regular set you can buy or a gift with purchase set because the last time LEGO revealed a Fortnite BrickHeadz, it changed from one to the other.

Build iconic video game collectibles with this LEGO® BrickHeadz™ Fortnite® Drift & Raven Figures (40884) building set for kids aged 10 and over. Gamers create Drift, who wears a pink hood and white mask, and Raven, who wears a dark hood and feathers, before adding their awesome Pickaxe and sword accessories. Last Day for LEGO Fortnite BrickHeadz Adventure Peely & Cuddle Team Leader (40760) GWP

The new LEGO Ideas Italian Riviera (21359) is now available for purchase to LEGO Insiders. The 3,251 piece set retails for $299.99 and from now until August 13, you can get the Italian Market Van (5009422) as a gift with purchase.

For Europe and the UK as a separate promotion, there’s also the LEGO DREAMZzz Cooper’s Flying Controller Mini Build (30698) polybag which LEGO has brought back from June. The requirements are still the same as before with a €40/£35 purchase in City, DREAMZzz, Friends, and/or Ninjago. This promo ends on August 8.

LEGO Fortnite BrickHeadz Adventure Peely & Cuddle Team Leader (40760) Changed to GWP

When the LEGO Fortnite BrickHeadz Adventure Peely & Cuddle Team Leader (40760) was announced yesterday, we thought that it would be a regular set that you can purchase but it looks like that has changed. Less than a day after it was announced, LEGO has changed the set to be a gift with purchase set on the LEGO Shop. As of right now, there’s no mention why the set has been changed to a GWP or what the price requirements to get it.

Update: LEGO has confirmed that the set is indeed a gift with purchase set that you can get from August 1-11 with a $130 purchase.
