LEGO City 2018 Dirt Road Pursuit (60172) Official Images

It looks like LEGO is getting ready to sell the 2018 sets on Shop@Home as they have uploaded the new LEGO City Dirt Road Pursuit (60172) to their servers. It’s a Police set but it does include a new net shooter feature which I believe other 2018 City sets will have in this subtheme. There’s also some new parts that it has including a new dirt bike mold and helmet, just to name a few.

LEGO City Square (60097) Amazon/Walmart Sale

The LEGO sales on Amazon have been fairly quiet the past few months but there’s a very nice one for the LEGO City Square (60097). It is currently at $132.99 which is 30% off the regular Shop@Home price of $189.99 and is also price matching Walmart.

It’s buzzing with activity at the City Square! Park your bike at the cozy coffee bar, hop aboard the awesome news helicopter and take to the skies for a bird’s-eye view. When you’re done flying, call by the LEGO Store where a new delivery has just arrived. Help the driver unload the boxes, place them on the handcart and wheel them into the store. Then check out the cool cars for sale at the dealership showrooms. Help the mechanic operate the car lift and fit a new set of sporty alloy rims. There’s just time to buy a hotdog and a newspaper for the journey home, but watch out for the pizza deliveryman on his speedy scooter as you head for the tram stop! Load your bike into the bike compartment, take a seat and watch the world go by as you travel through the LEGO City streets. What an exciting day! Includes 12 minifigures with assorted accessories: a tram driver, helicopter pilot, coffee shop saleswoman, pizza deliveryman, car saleswoman, mechanic, tow truck driver, hotdog salesman, LEGOsales person, LEGO delivery driver, a girl and a boy. Rest of LEGO Toys R Us Bricktober 2017 Sets Revealed

It looks like we have a look at the full line up for the Toys R Us Bricktober 2017 promotion thanks to BrickSamurai. I’ve already talked about the The LEGO Batman Movie (5004939) and the LEGO City Jungle Exploration (5004940) but we can now see the other two sets in the series.

There will be a generic minifigure series that includes a boxer, a hippie, a cheerleader, and a sailor. These minifigure don’t look that special as they are recolors of previous minifigures. The cheerleader looks to be the human form of the Zombie Cheerleader from the Series 14 Monsters Collectible Minifigures. This is listed as set #4 for of the series.

The other set based on LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and not on The LEGO Ninjago Movie as previously rumored. The minifigures in this set include a white Nendroid, Neuro, Acronix, and Season 4 Rebooted version Kai, confirmed by Simon Lucas. This one is listed as the first set of the series.

Now that we’ve seen all of the Toys R Us Bricktober 2017 sets, the most interesting one is definitely the one for The LEGO Batman Movie. The other sets are fairly bland but the Ninjago one does look somewhat interesting. There’s no word on when Bricktober is here in the US but it’s usually in October so we have a few more weeks before we know the details.

LEGO City Jungle Exploration (5004940) Bricktober 2017 Set Revealed

A few days ago, I reported on the new Toys R Us The LEGO Batman Movie Bricktober 2017 set and now we get to see another set from the wave. PromoBricks has been sent an image of the LEGO City Jungle Exploration (5004940) which is the third set in the Bricktober 2017 series. There is also a set based on The LEGO Ninjago Movie that is rumored for the wave as well. We should know more about these sets soon as Toys R Us starts to roll out ads for this promo.

LEGO 2017 Accessory Sets Found

Brickset has found a couple of new Accessory Sets for LEGO City and LEGO Friends which come from The Brick Shop Singapore LEGO Certified Store. There’s no word on the availability at this time but it was stated that the sets are the same price as the LEGO Seasonal sets so they would go for $9.99 each which is reasonable.

First is the LEGO City Accessory Set (40170) which has a slew of items that you can add to your city.

LEGO 2017 Advent Calendar Official Images – Star Wars/City/Friends

It looks like the European fan sites got a press release regarding the LEGO 2017 Advent Calendars. PromoBricks has posted the official images of the LEGO Star Wars, LEGO City, and LEGO Friends Advent Calendars. We first saw images of these sets at the New York Toy Fair but there are now official images of the sets.

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Advent Calendar (75184)

– 309 pieces – $39.99

This set is based on the Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Rogue One movies and it includes minifigures such as Unkar Thug, Resistance Officer, First Order Stormtrooper, Snowtrooper, Imperial Officer, Imperial Ground Crew, and BB-8. Also not shown but supposedly included is a new Sabine Wren minifigure.
