LEGO May 2025 Shopping Guide – Star Wars Day

We’re just a few days away from the start of May and that means there will be a lot of releases going on including the LEGO Star Wars May the 4th event. Lasting from May 1-5, we’ll have the Star Wars Day releases including the newest UCS set, the Jango Fett’s Firespray-Class Starship (75409).

As tradition with the Star Wars Day events, we’ll also have a plethora of gift with purchase items. With the purchase of the UCS set from May 1-5, you can also get the LEGO Star Wars Jango Fett Starship Keychain as a gift with purchase item, while supplies last. In addition, the Kamino Training Facility (40765) GWP will also be available from May 1-5 with purchases of $160 on LEGO Star Wars sets, while supplies last. Not to be outdone, you can also get the Millennium Falcon (30708) polybag with purchases of $40.

LEGO Brand Stores will have the LEGO Star Wars Grogu Make & Take on May 4 from 12-2pm local time. The LEGO Store Garden State in Paramus, New Jersey will hold their event on Saturday, May 3.


LEGO Insiders will have a number of items available to redeem in the Rewards Center on May 1.

LEGO F1 Steering Wheel Make & Take Coming Back in April

If you missed it back in February, LEGO will be bringing back the LEGO F1 Steering Wheel Make & Take Event on Thursday, April 24. This will be during after work hours like they used to do many years ago from 5-7pm local time. This event is only for participating stores in the US and Canada on a first come, first serve basis. Double check with your store to see if they are doing it and get there early if you can if you want to attend. Since it’s not during the weekend hours, there may be less people attending since they’re still getting off work but don’t chance it.

LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars Display Podium via Pick a Brick

The LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars (71049) releases in May and LEGO is also planning to release an official Display Podium for them through Pick a Brick. If you have the parts, you can build the 149 piece podium early right now with the provided building instructions. When the sets release in May, you can add the part for the podium through Pick a Brick if they have the inventory.

LEGO Formula 1 Global Experiences Announced

This year is Formula 1’s 75th anniversary and LEGO has announced the details of their planned partnership experiences for 2025. If you’re able to attend some of the races, there will be LEGO Fan Zones that includes exclusive Make & Takes and photo opportunities. In addition, there will also be pop-up LEGO Stores that will allow fans to purchase the new F1 sets at the races.

Select LEGO Stores in EMEA, US, Canada, and China will have in-store experiences such as a Racing Ramp, poster giveaways, and a Steering Wheel Make & Make.

LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centers globally will also have their own exclusive Formula 1 themed events from March-June.

Lastly, LEGO will be doing livestreams with the first one happening on March 1 at 10:00am EST/7:00am PST. They will be showcasing the LEGO F1 lineup as well a LEGO Insiders Sweepstake.

LEGO Formula 1 Livestream on March 1

To celebrate the launch of the March 2025 LEGO Formula 1 sets, LEGO will be holding a livestream of the event. It will be held on March 1 at 10am EST/7am PST and it will showcase some of the new sets and it will also have special guests as well as a LEGO Insiders sweepstakes. The March 1 LEGO Formula 1 launch will include the full line of LEGO Speed Champions sets as well as another LEGO City set.

LEGO March 2025 Shopping Guide

March is only a few days away and it is usually one of LEGO’s larger release months for the US. Here’s a quick shopping guide on all the new sets that will be available on March 1. There’s literally something for almost everybody with this release. We’ll finally be getting the Formula 1 Speed Champions sets that include one car for each of the teams. We’ll also be getting the LEGO Ninjago City Workshops which is the next modular in the LEGO Ninjago City line.

As far as promotions go, we don’t know of any yet at this time but we’re still about a week away so there’s still time for LEGO to reveal something. The Rewards Center will have the LEGO Ideas Micro Command Center (76968) for 2,000 Insiders points.

LEGO Formula 1 Steering Wheel Make & Take Event Announced

LEGO has revealed a new Steering Wheel Make & Take event coming in March for the upcoming LEGO Formula 1 theme. It will be held on March 9 from 12-2pm local time and it features a miniature Formula 1 steering wheel with lot of printed pieces for the gauges and controls. Like with other Make & Take events, it will be available on a first come, first serve basis so get there early if you want to get one. Note that the listing only says for only US and Canada.
