LEGO PlayStation Astro Bot (40899) GWP Revealed

LEGO has revealed the upcoming LEGO PlayStation Astro Bot (40899) which will be an upcoming gift with purchase set. The 276 piece set features the PlayStation mascot that has various points of articulation as well as swappable eyes. The requirements to get it are still under wraps but it has been rumored that it’ll require general $150 purchases.

Fans of video game merch will love this LEGO® Astro Bot™ (40899) building set. Designed for adults ages 18 and up, this iconic hero makes a cool gaming decoration that’s perfect for an office or game room. Complete with cape and blue propulsion jets, the Astro Bot figure comes with a stand to display the character proudly on a bookshelf or desk. LEGO October 2026 Shopping Guide

Can you believe September just flew by and we’re already getting ready for the LEGO October 2026 set releases. It’ll be a fairly big month with LEGO preparing for Christmas and we have Avenger’s Doomsday right around the corner.

As far as promotions go, we for sure know of one which is the LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader’s Lightsaber (40897) which you can only get when you purchase the UCS Executor Super Star Destroyer (75457). This will run from October 1-10, while supplies last.

There has been a rumor of something for the PlayStation (72306) but LEGO hasn’t officially announced anything yet. We’ll update if there is something.

LEGO DC Sets to be Revealed at NYCC 2026

New York Comic Con will be happening in a few short weeks and LEGO will be on hand at the DC booth to reveal three new LEGO vehicles from the Batman franchise. It was stated that one of these sets will include an iconic villain vehicle. Also at NYCC 2026, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will also learn about the game unlocks that will be in those sets. LEGO has already recently released a new Batman set with the Batman Returns Batmobile (76355) so DC fans will be eating good with more sets coming in the near future.

LEGO® Batman™: More Iconic Sets to Collect

This year, the DC Booth will introduce fresh additions to the LEGO® DC collection. The offerings for adults will newly include a LEGO version of the most iconic villain from the Batman™ franchise, uniquely designed with an emphasis on artistic execution. The DC Booth will also showcase three new LEGO vehicles from the Batman franchise for fans of all ages, including an iconic villain vehicle. Fans of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will have the chance to learn about unlocks available in the latest sets.

LEGO PlayStation (72306) Officially Announced

During the State of Play event this morning, Sony and LEGO has revealed the new PlayStation (72306). Releasing on October 1, the set has 1,911 pieces and will retail for $179.99. The set is a replica of the classic PlayStation and when you open up the disc cover, there are two mini dioramas of Gran Turismo and Ape Escape that you can display.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Mayhem Collection DLC Announced

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has been out for a while now and at Gamescom 2026, it was announced a DLC is coming for free next month. Launching on September 18, the Mayhem Collection DLC will introduce exciting new content for the game including a new Absolute difficulty as well as new story mission, new Mayhem Mode, and a Sinister Pack with more outfits from Batman’s history.

The Nintendo Switch version of the game will also be released on the same day and it will include the exclusive Retro Video Game Batman minifigure.

LEGO Skylines City Builder Game Announced

At Gamescom 2026, LEGO and Paradox Interactive has announced a new game called LEGO Skylines. If you’ve every played City Skylines, it’s a city builder where you control what goes on in your city. In LEGO Skylines, it’s pretty much the same but everything is in LEGO. There’s no release date yet but it’ll be on all the major systems including Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Build a city where everything just clicks

Create a city like no other in LEGO® Skylines. It’s a city-builder you pick up for five minutes and suddenly it’s tomorrow. Seriously, it happens. Build whatever pops into your head or get lost in the details. What happens next is up to you. Make it beautiful. Make it weird. Make it yours.

Cover the basics like electricity, food, and water. Then make it a place your citizens will love. Give them homes that one-up the neighbors. Good jobs. Great parks. Donut shops on every corner because that would be awesome.
