Epic Games Subtly Confirms LEGO x Fortnite (Juno) Collaboration

Epic Games today announced a round of layoffs of Epic employees and in their press release, it was subtly confirmed that the LEGO x Fortnite crossover does exist. It has long been rumored that there will be a LEGO Fortnite expansion codenamed Juno ever since LEGO entered into a long-term partnership with the gaming company. There’s still no official date on when the LEGO Fortnite collab will be released but it’s reported to be in November.


LEGO x Fortnite Teaser in New Play Unstoppable Video?

A couple hours ago, LEGO posted a video online for their Play Unstoppable campaign featuring Loserfruit. If you’re not familiar with Loserfruit, she’s a popular online gamer who mainly focuses on Fortnite. This collaboration could be a teaser to another upcoming campaign for LEGO Fortnite.

If you haven’t heard about it the past few months, it’s been highly rumored that there will be a LEGO x Fortnite crossover coming soon. Last year, LEGO entered into a long-term partnership with Epic Games to provide a safe place in for kids in the metaverse. It was said that the two companies will build an immersive, creatively inspiring digial experience for kids. Within the past few months, details of the crossover were leaked online. I don’t play Fortnite at all so I’m not sure how credible the rumors are.


BIONICLE: Masks of Power Demo Coming to Steam Early 2024

Today is 810NICLE Day which is an annual celebration of LEGO BIONICLE and the folks over at Team Kanohi has announced that BIONICLE: Masks of Power demo will be available on Steam early next year. BIONICLE: Masks of Power is a game that is fan-made project that retells the stories of BIONICLE using Unreal Engine 5. Earlier today, they dropped a new gameplay trailer which actually looks well polished even though it’s still in development.


Sonic Superstars Pre-Order Includes Exclusive LEGO Eggman Skin

Sonic Superstars was announced yesterday on Nintendo Direct and it looks like physical copies of the game will include a LEGO exclusive. The sell sheet shows that pre-orders will include a LEGO Eggman in-game skin, acrylic display stand, and a revesible cover. Pre-orders for the game are not live yet while the LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog sets will be released in August.

LEGO Games Aquadirt Racer (30630) Polybag Design Revealed

LEGO 2K Drive comes out in a few weeks and LEGO has updated the box artwork to include the LEGO Games Aquadirt Racer (30630) polybag. It has 61 pieces and it has three different builds. It will only be available with the Awesome Edition ($99.99) and the Awesome Rivals Edition ($119.99) of the game.

LEGO Horizon Forbidden West: Tallneck (76989) Amazon Sale – March 2023

Amazon currently has the LEGO Horizon Forbidden West: Tallneck (76989) for 19% off. It is now priced at $73 which haves youu about $17 on it and is the lowest price the set has been at since last August. Obviously the main focus here is the Tallneck itself but there is also the exclusive Aloy minifigure as well.

LEGO 2K Drive Officially Announced

LEGO and 2K have officially announced their first game in their multi-title partnership with LEGO 2K Drive. The game releases on May 19 and there will be three versions of the game available, two of them will include the 3-in-1 Aquadirt Racer gift with purchase. The Standard Edition will cost $59.99 (previous gen)/$69.99 (current gen), the Awesome Edition will cost $99.99, and the Awesome Rivals Edition will go for $119.99. The details for each edition of the game are listed below.
