LEGO has just announced LEGO Smoothie Odyssey, a new intergalactic space experience expanding the series of LEGO Islands within Fortnite. The game mode is part of LEGO’s Space-themed year and you have to search for fruit-like Shock Berries and Butter Berries and then set up a smoothie bar to serve local aliens.

LEGO Smoothie Odyssey joins LEGO Wing Walkers, LEGO Prop Hunt, and LEGO Obby Fun as some of the latest additions of LEGO Islands in Fortnite. More LEGO Islands will be revealed for Fortnite throughout 2024 and beyond so there’s a lot more content coming to the game in the future.

The LEGO Group has recently launched the latest additions to its collection of LEGO Islands, a series of kid and family-friendly LEGO-themed experiences designed by the brand, within Fortnite.

Insider Gaming is reporting that LEGO and Sony PlayStation are developing a new game called LEGO Horizon Adventures. Supposedly, the game will be Horizon Forbidden West but with LEGO and the game will have realistic graphics. There are rumors that a game trailer will be coming soon and we could see it during Summer Game Fest 2024 next month.

LEGO already had a partnership with Sony for the game and released the Horizon Forbidden West: Tallneck (76989) back in 2022 which has the exclusive Aloy minifigure. The set is sold out on the LEGO Shop but is still available on Amazon.

LEGO has announced two new gameplay experiences within LEGO Fortnite called LEGO Islands which include LEGO Raft Survival and LEGO Obby Fun modes.

LEGO Raft Survival is a multiplayer problem solving mode that uses the classic LEGO Pirates theme where you have to stay afloat on the raft. LEGO Obby Fun is an obstacle course that is a problem solving mode where players are spawned randomly on a LEGO themed course which includes Friends, City, Ninjago, and DREAMZzz. ‘LEGO Raft Survival’ and ‘LEGO Obby Fun’ are the first in a new series of play experiences within Fortnite, dubbed LEGO Islands, a series of kid and family-friendly LEGO-themed experiences that have been created using Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN). They are available to play now within Fortnite and are borne from favourite childhood memories of some of the LEGO Group’s own developers!
