Last Day for LEGO September 2026 GWP Promotions

Today is the last day to get your orders in for the September 2026 run of promotions on the LEGO Shop. As of right now for the US, there are still three promos available through various purchases. As of right now, the US is sold out of the LEGO Creator Scary Haunted Tree (40900) and the LEGO Minecraft Alex’s Campfire Conflict (30732).

The first promo that is still available is the Ministry of Magic Phone Booth (5011072) which you can get with the Ministry of Magic – Collectors’ Edition (76476).

Next up is for the LEGO Lord of the Rings Grond (40893) which returned recently when you purchase Minas Tirith (11377).

LEGO Retiring Soon List – September 2026 Update

LEGO has updated the Retiring Soon list on the LEGO Shop and there are now 140 product items that are going away soon. This list is for the US so there might be other items for other countries that aren’t on this one.

Update: A ton more sets have been added to the list in the past few days since this was first published. A lot of these sets are already listed as out of stock or sold out on the LEGO Shop but you can probably find them at other retailers.

LEGO Harry Potter HBO Series Sets Announced

During the Harry Potter Back to Hogwarts 2026 livestream, it was announced that LEGO sets based on the new Harry Potter HBO series will be coming soon. As we know by now, HBO will be doing a new reboot series based on the original books with all new cast playing the characters. I’m not sure how different they will be compared to sets that we’ve already gotten through the years but we should probably see the sets by at the end of the year and they’ll be available in 2027.

It’s been a few months since we’ve updated the LEGO Retiring Soon list for North America. There’s been a lot of changes since our last update in June. A lot of sets from the old list has been retired to make way for the summer 2026 sets but there’s still some left over. We can expect these sets to be retired by the end of the year or while supplies last.
