LEGO Star Wars The Darksaber (40917) GWP Revealed

LEGO has revealed one of the LEGO Star Wars May the 4th gift with purchase sets with The Darksaber (40917). The set has 278 pieces it should be available at the beginning of May when the Star Wars Day event starts on the LEGO Shop. It features the return of the lightsaber hilt builds that LEGO has done before and the Darksaber has had many owners including Pre Vizsla, Darth Maul, Sabine, Wren, Bo-Katan Kryze, Moff Gideon, and Din Djarin. It will be available from May 1-6 with Star Wars purchases of $160 or more, while supplies last.

LEGO Star Wars Days Set Reveal Livestream on April 15

LEGO Star Wars Days is coming up very soon and there will be a livestream to reveal a new mystery set. The event will be held on April 15 at 12pm ET/9am PT. We don’t know what set it will be but it could be based on the upcoming The Mandalorian and Grogu movie which will be hitting theaters at the end of May. I’m guessing we could also get details on some of the promotions for the LEGO May the 4th shopping event as well but we’ll see.

LEGO Restaurants of the World: Mexico (40907) GWP Now Live on LEGO Shop

A new set of LEGO promotions have started on the LEGO Shop including the recently revealed Restaurants of the World: Mexico (40907). From now until April 19, you can get it with purchases of $180 or more, but it excludes the pre-order for the Jurassic Park Jeep Wrangler (77984).

There’s also the LEGO Technic Hot Rod Car (30735) with $40 purchases in City, LEGO Speed Champions, and/or Technic.

Lastly we have the LEGO Star Wars TIE Advanced (30727) with Star Wars purchases of $40 or more.

LEGO April 2026 Sets Now Available on LEGO Shop

March has come and gone and we now have the LEGO April 2026 sets that are now available on the LEGO Shop. We have the launch of some anticipated sets like the LEGO Icons Douglas DC‑3 PAN AM Airliner (11378) and the LEGO Ideas Tintin Moon Rocket (21367) as well as the Luigi & Mach 8 (72050).

As far as promotions go, we still have the same ones that are running until April 5. The LEGO Star Wars Kamino Training Facility (40765) with is available with LEGO Star Wars purchases of $160 or more, while supplies last. The other promo set is the LEGO Creator Cute Easter Bunny (30716) recruitment bag which you can get with general purchases of $40 or more.

Another promotion is double Insiders points for the LEGO Icons Golden Retriever Puppy (11384) and the LEGO Botanicals Flower Wall (11503). The double points will also run until April 5.

LEGO April 2026 Shopping Guide

There’s only a few days left in March and now is a good time to release the April 2026 shopping guide. It’s not a big month for new releases but there are some fan favorites including the LEGO Icons Douglas DC‑3 PAN AM Airliner (11378) and the LEGO Ideas Tintin Moon Rocket (21367). There are also some new Star Wars releases for The Mandalorian & Grogu but those won’t be out until the end of the month. For the gift with purchase sets, LEGO is still close-lipped about what we could be getting but those details should be coming soon, hopefully.
