After almost half a year with no LEGO Designer Videos, LEGO has finally released one for the new LEGO Technic Ferrari Daytona SP3 (42143). LEGO has published the Taiwanese 2HY Catalog here it shows two more LEGO Technic sets that are supposed to be coming soon, the Material Handler (42144) and Airbus H175 Rescue Helicopter (42145).

There haven’t been many larger scale Technic aircrafts that have been released in recent years so the helicopter should bode well for fans unless there’s another cancellation. We already know what happened with the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey (42113) a few years ago due to it being a military vehicle. There is a H175M that is used in the UK as a military derivative so we’ll see if it actually gets released or gets axed at the last minute again.

LEGO has officially announced the next LEGO Technic set with the Ferrari Daytona SP3 (42143). Releasing on June 1, the 3,778 piece set will retail for $399.99/€399.99/£349.99/$659.99 AUD, $499.99 CAD. In addition, there will also be the LEGO Technic Daytona SP3, The Sense of Perfection coffee table book that will be exclusive to LEGO.com with a limited print run of 5,000 copies.
