LEGO November 2018 Promotions & Events

The November 2018 LEGO Store Calendar is now available and we can now see some of the promotions and events for the month. The promotions for November are actually very tame compared to what we have for this month. There is a Build to Give event where you can help give 500,000 children in need a chance to play this holiday season. Visit your local LEGO Brand Store during November and December or use your LEGO bricks at home to build an ornament. Display it in-store or share online with the hashtag #BuildToGive. For every ornament built, LEGO will donate a LEGO set to a child in need of play.

November 1-30: Starting November 1, check out the month’s featured Double VIP Points setsat VIP.LEGO.com.

November 6-7: VIP Monthly Mini Model build is an Ice Dragon (40286). Registration starts October 15.

November 19: Minifigure Swap Monday

November 23-26: Black Friday 2018 promotions. Visit the LEGO Store for Black Friday only doorbuster deals and exclusive offers all weekend. There’s no word yet on the promotions but I’ll report on them when I get the details.

Can you believe it’s already October 1 and that means that there are some brand new LEGO sets have are now available for purchase on LEGO Shop@Home. Before we get to that, there’s a new promotion that has kicked off with the LEGO Star wars Han Solo Mudtrooper (40300) minifigure. It is free with purchases of $35 or more on LEGO Star Wars items, while supplies last.

The LEGO Creator Winter Village Fire Station (10263) is now available to the general public and I’ll have my review of the set up some time tomorrow.

The LEGO Star Wars Porg (75230) is also available continues the trend of the larger scale builds for some of the characters from the movies. This set has 811 pieces and retails for $69.99.

Next up are some new LEGO BrickHeadz which also include the two seasonal ones, the Thanksgiving Turkey (40273) and Christmas Mr. & Mrs. Claus.

Stack-On DS-60 Storage Cabinet Sale on Amazon

If you’re looking for a storage solution for your LEGO elements, Amazon currently has a sale on the Stack-On DS-60 which is the 60 drawer storage cabinet. It is going $26.39 which is 19% off the normal and it hasn’t been at this price since May so it’s fairly hard to find it on sale under $30. I want to also mention that the Akro-Mils cabinets are also on sale but the deals aren’t as good as the one for the Stack-On.

LEGO Ideas Old Fishing House (21310) Amazon Sale

It’s another day and another deal to tell you guys about. The LEGO Ideas Old Fishing House (21310) is currently on sale for $129.99 which is 13% off the retail price of $149.99. The set was released a year ago and as more LEGO Ideas sets are released, the older sets get retired to make more room for the newer ones. As I stated in my review, it is one of the most realistic sets that LEGO has released.

If you’re still looking for good LEGO deals, the LEGO Creator Brick Bank (10251) is still on sale as of this writing. Now is a great time to pick these sets up as we get closer to the holiday season and retailers start to clear out their inventory.

LEGO Creator Brick Bank (10251) Amazon Sale

I’m back with another great deal on a LEGO set that’s on sale over on Amazon. The LEGO Creator Brick Bank (10251) from 2016 is currently sale for $145.70 which is 14% off the retail price. We normally don’t get discounts on these type of direct-to-consumer sets, except for using VIP points, so getting anything off is a good deal for us. Since this is an older set, it might be getting to the point where it may be retiring soon so now is the perfect time to pull the trigger on it if you’ve been holding off.

LEGO Creator Pirate Roller Coaster (31084) Amazon Sale

If you’ve been waiting to pick up the LEGO Creator Pirate Roller Coaster (31084) but held off due to the fairly high price, Amazon currently has it on sale. As of this writing, it is going for $72 which is 20% off the retail price of $89.99. The set is a 3-in-1 set which allows you to build two other models but some fans may be using the parts to build a larger roller coaster using the relatively new track pieces. If the Pirate Roller Coaster isn’t your cup of tea, there are a number of other LEGO Creator sets on sale as well.

There are two new direct-to-consumer LEGO sets that are now available for purchase for VIP members. One of the sets that you can now get is the LEGO Star Wars Betrayal at Cloud City (75222) which retails for $349.99 and has 2,812 pieces. The other set that is available is the LEGO Creator Winter Village Fire Station (10263). This particular set goes for $99.99 and has 1,166 pieces.
