One of the better sets from last year was the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Super Hero Airport Battle (76051) and Amazon has a pretty good deal on it for 33% off the normal price. It is currently on sale for $53.99 which equates to a $26 savings.

The minifigures included in the set are Captain America, Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, War Machine and Agent 13. There’s also the Ant-Man microfigure as well as the Giant Man build as well.

The LEGO Star Wars 2017 May the 4th promotion is well underway and if you are still looking to make a purchase, some of the sets are now listed as backordered or out of stock. Fortunately, Amazon still have quite a few of these sets in stock and available for shipping immediately. The only thing you’ll be missing out on is the double VIP points and the R2-D2 (30611) polybag but if you don’t really care for those, Amazon may be a good alternative as some of the prices are lower than at LEGO. Amazon currently has the LEGO Star Wars StarScavenger (75147) from The Freemaker Adventures on sale for $26.92 which is 46% off the retail price of $49.99. The four minifigures included with this set are exclusive and three of them will still be exclusive when the Summer 2017 Freemaker Adventures sets come out in a few months.

I’ve done a review of this set last year and it does have some nice play features that kids may enjoy.

LEGO Creator Mini Volkswagen Beetle (40252) Sold Out on Shop@Home

It seems like the LEGO Creator Mini Volkswagen Beetle (40252) was a really popular promotion because it has now sold out on Shop@Home less than a week after it started. The promotion has been replaced by the LEGO City Police Helicopter (30351) and this promo will run until the end of the month. You can get it for free with purchases of $35 or more and it is the same promo that was ran for the first half of March.

As for the Mini Volkswagen Beetle, there may still be some left at LEGO Brand Stores. You may want to give them a call to see if they have any left before you head out.

LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack Sales on Amazon

If you’ve been thinking of picking up LEGO Dimensions, Amazon has some good sales on the Starter Packs. The PlayStation 4 version, which has the exclusive Supergirl minifigure, is 50% off the regular price. The XBox One version is also 50% but does not have Supergirl included. The PlayStation 3 version is 40% off ($47.65) while the XBox 360 version is 36% off.

If you’re worried about the rumor of LEGO Dimensions ending, I’m pretty sure that TT Games won’t just completely shut it down. You’ll still be able to play the game but just won’t get any more updates. Besides, there’s is still plenty of content in the near future with The Goonies Level Pack (71267), Hermoine Fun Pack (71348), and LEGO City Fun Pack (71266) all coming out in May and Powerpuff Girls, Beetlejuice, and Teen Titans Go! in the distant future.
