LEGO Ript Apparel T-Shirt

Ript Apparel has a new LEGO-themed t-shirt available titled, Great Shot, Kid! If you’re a Star Wars fan, you would know that phrase came at the end of Episode IV: A New Hope where Luke destroys the Death Star with a proton torpedo from the X-wing.

This scene is depicted in this shirt by mikehandyart where you can see the X-wing flying away from an exploding Death Star in the LEGO Classic Space logo. The shirt is priced at $11 and is available for only 24 hours.

LEGO Double VIP Points Now Live Until March 29

The time that many buyers have been waiting for is now here! Double VIP Points on LEGO Shop@Home is now live and will also be available at LEGO Brand Stores in the morning. This offer will be going on until March 29 so you have about two weeks and change to get your purchases in for double points. It’s pretty much equates to 10% off your total purchase. Unannounced Sales at LEGO Brand Stores

Today my LEGO Brand Store in Fashion Valley has an unannounced sale going ahead of the start of Double VIP Points tomorrow. There are many fairly older sets that are all 20% off which last until March 27. The sales are only in stores and not on Shop@Home. I believe other LEGO Stores across the US also have similar deals.

Also, at least in my store in Fashion Valley, the very popular LEGO Disney Frozen Elsa’s Sparkling Ice Castle (41062) is back in stock at regular price of $39.99 and I expect those to be sold pretty quickly. You may want to call in and check if there’s any left in stock before heading out.

Expand Your LEGO Ensemble with Bricky Blocks

For a while now, I’ve been reporting on LEGO-themed t-shirts from various companies but now you can expand your wardrobe with some new items from Elope with their Bricky Blocks. These new items includes neck and bow ties, baseball hats, and a scarf.

Currently, there are neck and bow ties available in black, blue, white, and red and are studs throughout the front of them for you to build upon. The baseball hats are also in the same colors as well and there are spots for you to build on the front and on the visor. For the scarf, you can’t build on it but it does have a cool design with 2x4s in different colors. It measures about 56-inches long by 7-inches wide.

Like many other non-official LEGO products, they are compatible with most major building blocks. The items are available for pre-order over on Entertainment Earth and are tentatively scheduled to be delivered in August.
