The next set in the LEGO Architecture series has been revealed on their online survey site, the Marina Bay Sands (21021). Back in August, we reported that the resort in Singapore won the annual LEGO “Vote & Inspire Us” poll and would be the next Architecture set that will be released. The world’s most expensive standalone casino property also features a hotel, a shopping mall, a museum, two theaters, an ice skating rink, and seven celebrity chef restaurants. The Marina Bay Sands will probably be available late this year or early next year.

That’s actually kind of trippy looking in Lego and does capture the general look of the structure. With that said, I’m not too big of a fan of the model at this scale. It’s alright but I think something larger like this year’s rendition of the Sydney Opera House could capture the subtle curvature better. Then again my opinion may change some when we get some HD images.
from the print on the box, I m sure marina bay sands deserve a much smarter finishes than this! the whole architecture seems so wrong.

Somewhat disappointed. Don’t you all think they should include the ArtScience museum building too?
