LEGO Creator Winter Village Santa’s Workshop (10245) Officially Revealed

LEGO Creator Santa's Workshop (10245)

The newest addition to the LEGO Creator Winter Village theme, Santa’s Workshop (10245), has been officially revealed at Bricks by the Bay 2014. We first teased an image of the set back in May and now we get to see clearer images of the set. Santa’s Workshop will be available for LEGO VIP members starting September 17th and to the general public on October 1st. Check out the images and the press release below.

Update: If you’re wondering why one of the reindeer isn’t Rudolph, Marcos Bessa explains:

Rudolph is actually a trademarked character that I couldn’t include in the set, but there’s a spare round transparent red plate that you can use to do the magic!

I’ve been waiting for the details of this set since LAST Christmas! LOL! It’ll be a great addition to the Lego Winter Village and to my village as well! I believe that if one waits until Oct, there will be double VIP points at the Lego Shop@Home and I think the second half of the month the limited holiday edition first of two free sets will be available to those who spend $100 or more (at least that’s what I think it was last year)! Also, the Advent Calendars will be coming out then, too! Can’t wait!

Good price considering the amount of pieces you get. But they are missing Rudolph, and i wanted like a HUGE X Mas tree not a dingy tiny one

Oh nuts! I saw a pic of this a couple months ago and really, really hoped they’d re-think it a bit. I wish they had.

I’m a big fan of Christmas and the Winter Village but I think Santa SERIOUSLY deserved more than this. More of a workshop. More of a tree. I guess the sleigh is OK but the deer are awkward. I see there’s a lower price on this set but I’d really rather pay and be impressed. After all, it’s one set a year.

I guess it’s clear now that there won’t be a light brick. I wonder what they mean by a stained glass window. The video doesn’t make that clear.

It’s gonna be a sorta sad Christmas this year.
