So excited about this! I’ve been waiting for a theme train station to go along with last year’s train as well as the holiday train from 2006!
I always think of busses around Christmas 😛 , minifigs are pretty standard also, if you have a decent collection of parts, I think this is a goot DIY project
I didn’t read anything about Christmas in this article, it’s winter theme, not Christmas. People take more buses in the winter than the summer.
But they take more during the school year than they do in the Summer. 😉 XD
Many adults use buses daily regardless of season or school year.. that isn’t a school bus
…it was a joke.
Very nice. This will be a good addition to the village.
I really like the concept but $80 is a pretty steep price point for so little substance.
Looks awesome. Can’t wait to get it.
It looks nice, but is TINY, more so for the price. I also like how the inside doesn’t have any seats because I always sit outside a ‘station’ in the winter.
But what is a ‘new 1×1 round plate with horizontal shaft’ they are talking about? Is that the piece that Super Hero olds things in their hands?
Is it the little white piece that inserts down into the chain on the railing/ramp?
This will go great with the Christmas train I got years ago
I got the Constructibles Train Station last winter even tho I suspected Lego would also do a station this year. So glad I did! I really prefer it Big Time for the architecture with it’s large open waiting room and it’s snowy wintery appearance.

I’ll probably buy this one for the bus and the printed pieces. If I don’t just inventory the bricks a second station could always be at the other end of the line.
Yeah. I’m not digging the completely open building design for $80 bucks. Lame. Also, the Holiday Train set didn’t come with any straight track, so how’re you supposed to incorporate that into this set without buying additional track?
Your asking the company that packages straight roads with a 4*4 intersection and thinks that makes sense
I’m sorry, but what? What are you referring to Reaven Veaceslav?
https://shop.lego.com/en-US/Straight-Crossroad-Plates-7280
Officially, you cannot buy any Lego road baseplate by itself or in a pack with only that type of road. You can only get a two pack with a straight and 4*4 intersection, or a curve and a T intersection.
This is a horribly inefficient design since, if you’ve ever been on any road ever, you need far more straight roads than intersections. My only assumption is that Lego did this specifically to force you to buy way more of their product than you have any need to do.
Of course they want you to buy more of their product, like any corporation would.
Thank you captain obvious.
IMO the sand green colour walls don´t work well with the bright “christmas” green associated with christmas. A richer, darker colour would have worked better.
