I pre-ordered the DVD version and Amazon waited until today to drop the pre-order price to $12.99 and won’t honor the Pre-Order Price Guarantee because it already shipped. :-
Happened to me a couple times, that’s why I quit preordering from Amazon, they always seem to lower the price a day or two after release than what the preorder price was.
It took talking to 3 customer service representatives to get them to refund the difference in price.
I will return what I got today, as its crunched up, order at lower price
